EDIT - the owner of the restaurant has given a response which says everything you need to know. Instead of focusing on improvements you take an aggressive stance just because you got a negative review. Maybe think about how you improve your service and food instead of focusing on the identity of the reviewers and looking me up on Facebook. Won’t be coming back and editing down to 1 star.

Ate here recently. It’s a relatively new restaurant in Woking. The atmosphere is okay, it’s quite calm and quiet and there is outdoor seating. The service is very slow, food took a long time to arrive. Also, the staff chose to clean the area of the restaurant right next to where I was eating once my food has arrived, which was not great and I found this quite rude, especially as the rest of the restaurant was pretty empty. The food was nothing special - the pinsa I had was quite dry, and was served lukewarm so got cold quickly. A positive is that the prices are low and the food is cheap, but you get what...

Just started a new job in Woking. I had lunch at Pottechino's today and had a great sandwich. Keen to try others. I had two 125ml glasses of house red wine at £9 each. I asked for one large and was told there is no option. That is £18 for the equivalent of a large red. What?! £25 for a sandwich and large red. Sorry. If you want me back offer a large red at a normal price. Maybe a lunch special. Should be c£15 for a sandwich and red and I would be back over and over.

I appreciate your taking the time to reply. But you said nothing about reducing the cost of a large wine from £18 to a more reasonable c£10-12 max. You literally have the most expensive large glass of wine I have ever seen. Including...

This restaurant is a rare gem, the food is all home-made from scratch with Roman pizza as their feature, different to the Naples pizza and in all honesty, it is so much tastier! The dough for the pizza is light and crusty, it was absolutely delicious...we are looking forward to our take-away tiramisu now at home and we definitely would recommend you going here... authentic Italian food, relaxing atmosphere, very good Italian wines and five star service.
