McDonald's — Restaurant in Wolverhampton

Just had food from Bilston Macdonald’s ordered cheese burger, fries, and a Mc’chicken sandwich burger. The cheese burger and fries were freezing cold and don’t get me started with the Mc’chicken sandwich!! My gosh!!!! I knew it looked a funny color when I took it out the box but dismissed it as it felt quite warm! Then I bit into it and couldn’t even get my teeth through it! After this I obviously further investigated the burger and there was like a white pale colour to the coating almost powder looking! Don’t know if it’s been sitting for hours then they try refrying it to sell!! Then to bite it imagine you can’t even bite through it! How dare you sell people such appalling food! Absolutely disgusting ! Tried calling several times to complain however no answer!! The 01902 coded number on the website doesn’t even work!! I always find I have to check my food before I drive away from this restaurant because they love to tell you the food is fresh when it isn’t! Even though I requested it to be fresh! They lie and say it’s fresh and have had to return the food! Sometimes food is missing or fries and drinks not even filled up! I live local so unfortunately this is my nearest restaurant! I usually make sure I go when I have time to inspect the food before I drive away!! It Just shows laziness, incompetence, and a complete lack of care, compassion or respect for customers who are paying for this food! Chicken sandwich burgers and food overall is not cheap and it’s annoying to spend money on food that you can’t even eat!! A film that I enjoy watching is called the Founder. It shows the origins of McDonalds and how important quality was to the two founding brothers. Along came Ray Kroc, a man who created the McDonalds empire by taking the idea from the two brothers and selling it to anyone and everyone. Massive multi billion dollar restaurant chain. The reason the two brothers were reluctant to franchise restaurants is because of the lack of quality control. This branch is a brilliant example of why they had those concerns. Everything is thrown together, sloppy, under done or over done, too dry, stale or soaking wet, never hot but just warm if you're lucky. The fries are absolutely shocking. Never have I had a portion of fries from Bilston McDonalds and tough these are nice. Pale, pasty, stale bits of potato covered in salt. Burgers are dry like sand, the beef burgers don't break apart like you'd expect from a juicy well cooked piece of beef mince, they almost snap and crumble like a biscuit because of how dry they are. Salad, limp, boring, bland. Honestly it's awful. I doubt what I say will have any impact on the quality in the future but my suggestion would be get it right or shut it...

Ok so this is the first McDonald's I've been to were they actually allowed me to have the vegan cheese on a meat burger and omg it was amazing!! So when I saw you started the vegan burger I thought all my prayers were going to be answered. Sadly this wasn't the case as I was told no this couldn't be done by at least three other branches. So when I tried my luck at yet another branch, your branch.. I could of screamed with joy when the young lady, who had gone to ask her manager if it was possible, returned with a smile to tell me yes that's not a problem. Thank you so much man.
