I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Rajkot Indian Cuisine was deeply disappointing on multiple levels. Food: The dishes were bland, oily, and lacked the authentic flavors you’d expect from Indian cuisine. The chicken curry tasted like it came from a can, and the naan was dry and rubbery. Even the rice was overcooked and mushy. For the prices they charge, the quality was unacceptable. Staff Behavior: The service was equally poor. The staff seemed disinterested and borderline rude. We were barely acknowledged upon entering, and when we asked simple questions about the menu, we got curt, dismissive responses. It felt like we were an inconvenience rather than welcomed guests. Atmosphere: The ambiance was uninviting—dim lighting, sticky tables, and music that didn’t match the vibe at all. The place lacked any warmth or character, making the entire dining experience uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this visit left a bad taste in every sense. I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant or flavorful Indian dining experience.

We haven't been to all the Indian restaurants in Worcester, but this has got to be up there with the best. The food is exceptional, the choice is by far one of the best I've seen, and the staff are fantastic. I had tandoori wraps to start and a chicken and spinach balti with peshwari naan. The taste was as good if not better than our regular places in B'ham. When we were there there was a Xmas party of about 40 people and yet the service was brilliant. Will definitely return next time we are in Worcester.

We were staying in Foregate Street, Worcester Town Centre and popped into here just to have a main dish each. Beautiful, immaculately clean restaurant, first class service throughout and the food was brilliant 👏 👌. We both ended up having the large prawn dish each. We will definitely call back in if we are in Worcester City centre again.

Utterly shocked and appalled at the service I received from this establishment. After reading the reviews, I was a bit sectipical of giving this restaurant a chance. However... After much thought. I made an order this time last week. Which came, quickly. No issues. Food was alright. Polite decent staff. However, tonight not so good. Utterly disgusting to be honest.

It turns out that this establishment use their own delivery drivers, therefore delieveroo cannot help me.

You driver couldn't find my address. Which I find very ironic considering every other takeaway can and let's not forget you delivered to me last week. Lol.

Your driver was rude. Abrupt and had a clear attitude problem from the get go. Both with my partner and myself. He cleary didn't want to or couldn't be bothered to deliver our food. He kept saying to me call delieveroo, call delieveroo, call delieveroo, they will sort it out. They will sort it out. Whilst talking over me, may I add. I tried my best to reason with him. The delivery driver did, try to call me. Credit when Its due. But my phone died. I rang him back moments later. He continued to speak over me multiple times throughout. Then had the audacity to say I was aggressive. Not at all. I wasn't rude. I tried my best to reason with the situation. In the end he hung up the phone. Telling me that he isn't coming, incase I smash his face in. I never once threatened him. I never once came across in any manner of the sort. I simply asked where my food was. Something I'm well within my right to do so and I simply highlighted that if my foods cold. I don't want it. This situation isn't my fault. If anything shouldn't I feel threatened. You have my food and you have my address. I didn't know you at all. Yet I'm still trying to ask you for my food. That doesn't make sense to me. Aggressive. Please.

Deliveroo cannot help me. Therefore... Putting it bluntly, you owe me £26 for my order as I didn't receive it and under customer rights I have a case or I will ensure the relevant information is passed on to the relevant personal and we will deal with it that way. Delieveroo will be calling you in the next few days. Please do the right thing.

I'd also like to request a response from management. I would like to officially put a complaint in regarding your delivery driver for tonight. I have recorded calls to verify my claims. Should the matter be resolved.. I will consider changing my review.

Based upon tonight's experience. I will not be using your establishment again. Period. And I urge others to...

After nearly three hours of drinking in Worcester it was time for a good hot spicy curry. Rajkot came highly recommended and 'one of the three Indian restraunts to visit in Worcester'. The staff where nice and accomodated our party of four even though they where clearly busy. A number of popadom's where quickly brought to the table, probably too many however getting through these masked the length of time it took for our food to arrive to the table. I ordered a hot 'punjabi style' lamb balti with jalapeno's and chilli's and one naan. My first comment on the food is: I dont think the Chef knows what jalapeno's are, however, I might aswell have got a curry from Asda. Although the portion size was decent, the food was bland, probably the blandest i've ever had from an Asian establishment. Delivery of drinks to the table was acceptable however we seem to have been ignored when we asked for the bill. After finally getting fed up with waiting, my party and I walked over to the bar area to pay. It was here that i witnessed the bartender literally reusing used/dirty glasses for drinks orders, not once, twice but on several occassions. I thought i had drank too many Babycham's so i quitely confirmed my thought's with someone else. I couldn't believe what i was seeing. Probably one of the craziest thing's i've witnessed. All in all, even after a heavy session this place was a dissapointment. If dirty glasses where used out front, god knows what's going on in...

I came here Saturday as we had a booking at 8pm. We arrived at 7:55pm to be told they had over booked and we would have to wait 10 minutes for the table. 45 minutes passed and we finally got a table. We were told at 3 separate occasions that we would be given free drinks for the wait and free popperdoms. The food came out at 10pm and it was fairly tasteless (as to be expected as the waiter apologised that their head chef wasn’t in). The bill finally came and they had not deducted the drinks they said they would (over £20 worth) and then started repulsive behaviour and lying to my face saying they had never offered the free drinks. I am a young female and 4 male members of staff were trying to intimidate me when I questioned why they were lying. They took £10 off the bill and refused to do anything else other than huff and puff at me and wave a calculator in my face when I asked for the breakdown of the drinks they had overcharged us for (obviously they couldn’t give a breakdown as they were trying to rip us off). We will never come back here again, neither will any of our friends and family. A shame as we had multiple parties booked here so a massive loss for...
