1st time going and might not came back as i useing a walking sick & the girl who tock us to are seats to the upper floor part by going up 2 steps & she look at me at the hole time, so i sed why can't i eat down on the lower floor & she sed this it were i have to put you.

So when we went to are table they have not clean are table so i they ask them to move to a clean tables & then as its are 1st time going she dont not tell me & my outher half what to do for oredering i.e do the stuff came to you to tack your orders no you have to go up to the till and order.

So then when i went to order one girl's drops a hole tub of batter all over the floor so orders were back up, so then later on i went up to order anouther lot of drinks and then the girl at the till wos relly rude to me and cant work out who is next in line to order as there is no posts to say wich way to order so there wos a couple wos in frunt of me wos geting a refund for there food.

So then it wos my turn but no the woman be hind me went around me so then its looks a T when ordering as the top of the T its wos the couple & then me at top of the T so the woman behind me we at the bottom of the T so then its looks like so wos next in line but it wos not & the girl at the till who wos tacken the order she colud not see i wos next in line.

& so it tock them 20 mins to get a manger to see me to tell them what as happen & i all i got wos i am sorry for what has happen tonight and tell me sume of are stuff is not fully trained yet and still working on there training & i dont not get any part refund back or a free drink. And when we tacking the rest home with us they us a tack away box & put in paper tissues so its stuck all to the paper tissues. But apart form the stuff and the clening of the tables the food & drinks...

Mehhh... We took my son as a treat for having a good school report for the year. We were seated quickly by a friendly lady. There is a LOT to choose from! My husband paid for himself and my step daughter and I paid for me and my son. Hubby went first, the lady at the till took his order but sort of just left him standing when the transaction was finished. I went next and tried to order the limited edition Eton mess waffle to be told they aren't doing it. If you're not doing it perhaps you should take the poster out of the window and the promotional slide off of your TV? I paid the amount and then was left as the lady served the next person waiting without saying anything further to me. I thought this quite rude as it wasn't exactly packed, there were 3 tables including us, no huge queue and it wasn't clear whether we were done or not 🤷‍♀️ so rather than stand there like a lemon i went back to my table. After 5 minutes or so the lady is trying to call me over from the till as my payment didn't go through. I had my back to her so had no idea she was trying to get my attention...perhaps she could have come over to us and asked me to come back and try again, there were plenty of other employees behind the counter I'm sure they could have manned the till for 2 minutes. And shouting "her card has been declined" might not be the sort of thing to shout out across the room, busy or not. Hubby had the Reese's limited edition waffle that looked nothing like the picture and was lacking somewhat in toppings. The other 3 waffles were stacked with toppings and sauce so it was a bit odd that the limited edition one was so poor. The food was good bar the Reese's waffle and its very clean but the service is very lacking and it isn't...

First the good points- The desserts looked pretty good and the people with me seemed to enjoy theirs. The cheesecake portion on my dish was tiny though, given the cost.

BUT, I always think that the measurement of hygiene in a restaurant kitchen can be indicated by how hard they work to keep their toilets clean. The gents was nothing short of absolutely disgusting. In fact the dirtiest of any food establishment I have ever been in, in the U.K.

On the back of the main entrance door to the toilets was a cleaning log, it was dated 2nd September. It had spaces for hourly entries, although there were no entires on the sheet at all. We visited on the 18th. The log had not been touched for at least 16 days and the toilets looked like it had been that long, if not longer, since they were last cleaned.

The mirrors were filthy with splashes. The toilet was disgusting. I put the seat down and the amount of dirt and hairs etc. sitting behind it was beyond belief. It looked as if it had not been touched for months. There was no toilet paper. The handwash container was emtpy. The sink was filthy and also looked as if it had not been touched for a very long time, with limescale and grime built up around the sink waste. The black tiles were disgusting and equally looked as if they were never cleaned, although the back of the door had obviously been wiped at some point in the last couple of months with a damp cloth as the dirt was smeared all over it.

In the owners think that it is acceptable to have customers toilets in such a poor and unhygienic state I have to wonder how the kitchen is kept when it comes to food preparation and storage.Never again will I set foot in that...
