Memosh — Restaurant in Worthing

If there was a option for 0 star I would give Memosh Worthing a 0 star. I have been a customer of Memosh for many years,food is good quality but the service is awful “non existent” It’s as if the customers are doing the staff a favour by ordering. Previous owner Sadiq very good and excellent customer service. The business I believe has been sold to the large miserable chap doing the cooking. Few weeks ago I ordered as usual and got charged extra £10 for a buy one get one free pizza by miserable younger looking chap. I pointed this out and this was rectified. I paid the balance of £28 for food, chips were missing, I enquired is I was charged for chips as I did order. The staff arrogantly and in a violent mannerism “Said you think we thieves” all I asked was ref chips.. I was told to get and not come back and both the large chap and miserable young chap rolling up sleeves. Will not be going back.. Poor and non...

Made an order via ‘Just Eat’. The restaurant got the order wrong and I received the wrong meal. I called them up and they said they would not be able to deliver me the correct meal for at least hour. So I asked for a refund instead back to my debit card. They said they couldn’t give me a refund to my card so would drive round to issue a refund by cash but they wanted the meal back. They never turned up after I was waiting at a friends house for an hour and a half. I rang them again and they said they weren't coming but actually never told me this and just let me wait for no reason. I was told to call ‘Just Eat’ and they would issue the refund to my card. To be honest I don't normally do reviews but the experience from memosh was so terrible I thought I'd share... so my first time ordering they forgot the sauce on my chips so I called back up and offered to drive down to get what I ordered. Second time I ordered they forgot the same thing.. third time I ordered I made sure I asked for the sauce. He replied with he will not put sauce on it infact he said he is going to cancel my order.. he was very rude swearing at and got very angry over the sauce. Perhaps business isn't too good and don't have the money for a little bbq sauce. Anyways if you want to have a laugh ask for some sauce but get ready for a little angry kebab man.. think I might go bahar...
