Tldr; Lovely mexican restaurant serving delicious food with a friendly service.

Charming small Mexican restaurant located in Worthing centre. When I went on a Thursday evening we were there till about 8 and there was only ever a few tables taken up at any time. If you're a large group it might be best to call up and book just incase.

Can't fault the service, it's only a couple of people running the whole restaurant and do really well in ensuring everyone was looked after.

Loved the meal I had which was a Pibil Pork burrito which was delicious, packed delicious goodness (coriander rice, black turtle beans, cheddar cheese, Pico de Gallo, mixed leaves and Greek yogurt). You also get to pick a salsa on the side of your choice.

The only thing I would liked to have changed if possible is to have my burrito as one piece when served as opposed to being cut in half.

Also the tortilla...

Food was definitely more authentic than any chain Mexican and you can really feel the effort put into the restaurant.

I found the beef short rib tacos lacking in taste and seasoning, the beef is well cooked, but a bit bland. I had to douse the tacos in sauce. Nachos were delicious, pork also delicious.

Biggest bug bear though was that wait times for food was way too long. By the time we'd paid the bill we'd spend well over two hours in the restaurant which for main course and nachos feels a bit too much. I understand it's not fast food, but it's also not complicated food and the restaurant is quite small.

If they can improve service times and flavour the beef a bit more this would be a five...

Wonderful, family friendly restaurant with authentic tasty food and cocktails. Dined early with our 2 children one of whom has special dietary requirements, all of which were catered for with care and understanding. The hostess also gave my children crayons and a colouring to keep them occupied whilst we sampled the cocktails. The watermelon margarita is a must! The food was excellent. My children had quesadillas which were thick with fillings and my partner and I shared beef tacos and prawn tacos, both were fresh and delicious.
