Domino's Pizza - Evesham — Restaurant in Wychavon

Just ordered online after putting a delivery postcode in for the local Beefeater as dominos won’t go an extra mile to the postcode we live at ! Order comes through for collection not delivery, so I call to amend what should be an easy process which actually turned into mission impossible ! Told they won’t deliver to the beefeater which we have done a hundred times before! Then say we had to pay 1.99 and to call back once we had done , so I call back and then told again that we had to give a pin point location, I mean how hard is it to follow a simple request BEEFEATER CAR PARK ! make and mode of car and we would be looking out for the dominos car with the BIG dominos sign on the top! What stupidity from dominos Evesham evening ruined by...

Phoned up for a simple delivery.. I had to pay by card... which means they have to text you with an automatic security payment. This never worked.. I had to phone them three times.. on each time they were clueless... no management at all. I waited then offered to pay cash on delivery. Which took an age .. when I enquired where are food was.. I was kept on hold for an age.. then finally she said it’s on it’s way. Yep sure enough it came.. minus the extra sauce we ordered and one burnt pizza .....

Don’t really have pizzas that often but an impulse made us give Dominos here a go. It was about 4 in the afternoon and we waited to take it away. The service was friendly and courteous. Pizza on eating was ok. Dominos have lost a star because of a later order we placed online. My wife later needed confirming something so rang the outlet only to find they didn’t know about the order. 2-3 minutes later it got delivered! Wires...
