The Old Swanne Inne - JD Wetherspoon — Restaurant in Wychavon

We were spoken to very rudely by a member of staff due to an issue with their own system. Today, we ordered two meals and two sides using their app. One of the meals included a baked potato with roasted vegetables, and I also ordered a side of roasted vegetables and coleslaw. However, they missed the coleslaw and the side of roasted vegetables.

When the staff member brought over the food, she kept saying, “Make it clearer next time when ordering the roasted vegetables,” as the baked potato already came with roasted vegetables. I explained that it wasn’t possible to make it clearer on the app, as there is no notes section. My order clearly listed the sides separately, which Is shown on a screenshot attached to review. Despite this, she repeated 5 times to “make it clearer,” while I kept explaining it wasn’t possible and that all I wanted was the side of roasted vegetables and coleslaw. Instead of addressing the issue, she continued to argue and eventually told me I was being very rude.

I requested to speak to the manager, who listened to my complaint. However, the staff member who had been rude to me did not apologize, and I wasn’t even offered a complimentary drink to make up for the experience. This behavior was entirely unacceptable...

Googled places to eat half way on a journey we were making. This place had decent reviews so decided to give it a try. Well, we were pleasantly surprised. In the past I have found that in some of these chains of pubs the food may be cheap but not always very good. There was a good choice of dishes and my wife had the lite bite fish and chips whilst I opted for the brunch. Both were cooked well and plentiful. The prices were amazing and as I was driving we went for the 'soft drink included' option which if you had tea or coffee came with free refills. The place was quite busy but our food arrived quickly. The staff were friendly and efficient. They had a decent choice of ales but unfortunately I couldn't try them ☹. The only downside was lack of parking, you could park across the road but it was a maximum 1 hour stay. To sum up, good food at very reasonable price will definitely call in again when...

My wife and I visited your restaurant today and we had a most enjoyable time On entering your restaurant I was greeted by Tara,and I asked for permission for my wife to enter in a small mobility scooter. This was readily agreed to and Tara helped clear a way for the scooter to enter after helping us through the double doors in Swan Lane. Tara then took us to a table and ensured we had everthing we needed After having an excellent lunch Tara saw we were leaving and again escorted us pass the tables and opened the door for us. I wish we received this sort of care and attention every where we go,however,we soon realised Tara was arather special with her care attention to detail and professionalism . Half an hour after leaving the Swanne my wife missed an earing and upon retuning Tara quickley found it ,another gold star.
