River Avon — Restaurant in Wychavon

I work for a shop fitting company that specializes in Chinese fit outs and have eaten more than enough Chinese to last you all for a life time, I Hurd the reviews on this place and thought ild give it a shot, first off my alarms started ringing when I saw non Chinese waiters, second sigh was the cheapest prawn crackers on offer, 3 Rd was the food my chicken curry came in a metal tray a half inch thick in dirty oil, it was the worst meal iv ever eaten! And we got up and left, the decor was outdated and would never go back there again! And to all of you that think it must of been a bad night,, I dough it, you just know nothing about good food, try chung yang gardens in Birmingham and your eyes will be opened...

Took wife for a birthday meal at the start of the new year. Wasn't sure what to expect, having never eaten there before. Staff and service was done with a smile, very warm and welcoming. Front of house was very attentive, and were keen to advise on the dishes and what mains would work with what sides etc.

My mums birthday gathering at a time to suit all. She knows the place and understands the basics when it comes to a Chinese Restaurant, mind you she clarified the last time she frequented the river avon was 1978. You guessed it she didnt know any staff or had a usual table. We had a table for the 9 of us, not cramped in plenty of space even for a toddler to run about.
