Quite disappointed. 2nd time when I have a coffee and croissant within a week and on both occasions I’ve been told to move to the bar rather than staying at the 2 people table I sat down and free at the time I walked in. Today (13.03.2024) was even worst as the gentleman serving told me insistently to move at the bar even though I did not want and I was partway through my coffee - this is only to accommodate more clients. I left my coffee half-full on the table and ready to go when the gentleman rudely he then said: “if you don’t like it, don’t come anymore”. It seems that they are interested in the income and getting as much money they can rather than the satisfactory service they should provide. Definitely I will not go anymore, rude and clearly does not care about customers but only their income.
PS. My response is now in response to your response below!
It appears that you “like” to make-up your own “story” by the comments left as response. If indeed my laptop was loud (however it was not), how about making me aware? Did you also hear the next table on my left volume on their phone? Your response is quite pathetic playing the “vulnerable” hand, how about you just apologise for your rude approach? I wonder if you have footage, I would be more than happy to come around and discuss your “story” please? Or maybe you should ask your other member of staff who apologises so many times to me last time as well as today when I come in? Let’s put the story straight, you should learn your manners from the other member of staff who was very kind, unlike you. Definitely I will not come around, not with your manners and playing the “cards” you play in order for others to believe your...

Grab a Greek is a wonderful little cafe that offers, delicious, genuinely home cooked Greek food by the owners Spiros and Evri. My partner and I were met with the warmest of welcomes, as was everyone we saw coming in. This really is a bit of Greek island sunshine in Pershore.
The Moussaka was so tasty, I'd return to the cafe for this alone! The Greek Orange cake is luxurious, fresh and full of flavour. I like to have Greek coffee with a cake and this too was excellent. Not only is the food good, it is very reasonably priced.
Vegetarians are very much welcomed here too. My partner is vegetarian and had the vegetarian Moussaka. This was freshly made and equally delicious.
If you want to try Grab a Greek, I'd recommend you get here early to get a seat as it fills up very quickly.
This will become a must visit haunt every now and then, just for the Moussaka!
This little gem gets 5 stars from me for great quality food, friendly atmosphere and...
Read moreVisited this wonderful Greek coffee shop today 4.5.24, having searched Greek venues in our area and read the excellent reviews. Absolutely loved it. The owners are such lovely people, friendly and welcoming. We shared a really interesting chat with the lady regarding our mutual love of Greece and its relaxed and very 'community spirited' culture which this couple have recreated to perfection in this business. The food is home made and exceptional and the coffees brewed with proper attention. We will be back and thank you for a really enjoyable experience. Ps to the lady owner - the author we talked about is...
