What an incredible restaurant. The decor is absolutely fantastic. Every corner, nook and cranny has something beautiful in, and there is an actual pond inside with fish in, and a few water features. The food was impeccable. Good portion sizes, but not too much. Prices were absolutely reasonable, we had 5 courses between the two of us, with drinks, and it came to less than £45. The staff were extremely polite and service was prompt, but not rushed, allowing us to enjoy chatting between courses but not get impatient. Honestly I can't recommend here enough. My only complaint, if i was being super picky, is that after we ordered our starters they said "do you want some prawn crackers?" and they are often on the house, so we just said yes, but they charged us for them at the end. Reasonable, maybe, but it just felt a little cheeky.

Have to say that I was only there because a decent restaurant in pershore had burned down earlier in the week (!!) - the welcome was below average, the wait was interminable (45 minutes for a mixed starter for the whole table and another 35 minutes after that for our main courses) and this after my asking 4 times where our starters were? The food was only just adequate but most of us felt like leaving, we were so disheartened by the appalling service. I wished we'd have left before the starter arrived and gone to the Chinese down the road. A really really disappointing evening with below average food and really really really terrible service. None of us at the table (I'm writing on behalf on all 7 there this evening) would ever want to return. Get your act together. Really bad service this evening. I hope you do better for those...

A dear favourite, been going for years and it is always the same friendly and delicious experience. Beautiful service, lovely traditional decor and the food is absolutely superb. The price of drinks is reasonable and the ingredients taste very fresh (I’d you like vegetables you are in luck as veg is varying, fresh and cooked well. You can really taste each flavour and every dish has its own personality. The pudding trolley is such an enjoyable part of pudding time! The best Thai in the vicinity definitely, the atmosphere is calm and warm. We go on birthdays and they give cake and we have been for New Years and Christmas banquets and they are excellent.
