We were taken to our table and asked for our drinks order. Asked for a recommendation for one of the beers, waiter replied 'don't know never tried it' . Ordered starters which were good. 2 of us Ordered beef dishes, the beef was quite tough which was disappointing. Starter dishes hadnt been taken away when they tried to put main course dishes on table, all seemed a bit fraught tonight.Have been here on several occasions, tonight we were taking friends who hadn't been before and we had told them how great the place was. We booked in advance and went for a family meal in the week. The restaurant is fairly narrow and long. It was comfortable but there wasn't much personal space and we felt rather hemmed in especially as 2 of us have mobility issues. The staff were pleasant and efficient, and the food was nice. We had a creamy curry with rice and cheese naan, the curry was very nice but the naan could have done with more cheese in it but it was all very nice. Bland …. Ordered a takeout with delivery. Meal came within a reasonable time Delivery charge is confusing as it says there is a charge for delivery under £25 , ours was just over £25 but still paid a charge so very unclear what the cost should be as not specified clearly.
