Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Aberdeen Township

My family has lived in keyport for over 40 years. I came to pick up a called in order, I was sitting right next to my sister when she ordered the pizza. When I got there they couldn't find my order, well really it was under a different name, different number and different size. The problem was, both cashier and manager acted as if I was dumb. Like I didn't know where to go or where we order and asked what number she called, obviously the dominoes number. He pulls out a menu with keansburg keyport and another city. I say sir we lived in keyport our whole lives ,I know we ordered here. I say, "keyport pizza" on accident and the cashier makes a face and say oh keyport pizza (to more prove they were right) , I said I ment keyport dominos. I was also forced to. Call my sister in front of them, because we were still going back and fourth. Luckily another crew member comes up who may have taken the order because I might have been arguing with the manager and cashier for another ten minutes. And then finally figuring it was there fault , they offer me a large plain pizza like that makes up for acting as if I was dumb and I already had 3 pizzas , no one would eat a whole additional pizza, it would also take another ten minutes of my time to wait...

My 11 Year old Niece and I wanted to experience Some Domino's pizza so Whe when to our local Domino's and Ordered two Small pizza's.After braving the Very treacherous walk into the Store ,the front of the Store was covered with Snow which Had Not Been Shoveled also there were several Young Men in the Store which Could have Cleared out a pathway into the Store ! I wasent cleared off , VERY DANGEROUS !!! Anyway the sevice once we got into the Store was Excellent ! We only had to wait less than 10 minutes for a Piping Hot which Was worth the trip into ,Although Scary because of the Unshoveled Snow in the front of the Store...It was Very Good !!! My recommendation is Shovel the Front of Your Store ! Also I had noticed that there were No Coverings on Any of the employees Hands ! They went from making pizza to answering the phone with No Gloves !!! Not to Sanitary Keyport Domino's !!! But the Pizza Was So Good , I...

We ordered online as we usually do. After an hour of no progress on the tracking bar I called the store to inquire. The kid Brian who answers the phone told me it would be another 40 minutes before they could even start making our order. I asked to speak to the manager Muhammad and I was told that he was busy and couldn’t talk because there were 3 people in the lobby waiting for food who were also upset. So just disregard my complaint and the fact that I’m upset right? Ok. I was also informed that if I cancel my order the money would be back on my card by the end of the night. We’ll see if that happens. Completely unacceptable. I understand being busy and behind but 2 hours for pizza and wings to even be made? Then refusing to put the manager in the phone ...?!...
