Dunkin' — Restaurant in Aberdeen Township

I've encountered more issues at this new DD in 2 months than I had the previous DD that they had closed down on State Rte 35 and Cliffwood Ave. I went to the old one 5x a week at least for 3 years. This new one one Angel St is a joke. 2 days ago, i waited in the for over 5 minutes with only 1 car ahead of me in line. When I finally got my muffin and coffee, the muffin was wet and the coffee was ice cold. That was the beast $3 I've ever tossed straight in the trash. Bring back the old owners please. They cared. Quite possibly the best Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Not to be dramatic or anything but their speed and efficiency is unmatched. From my car driving into the lot to my car leaving the lot with a coffee is 30 seconds MAX (when there’s no line). By the time I get to the window the coffee is already being handed to me. And the best part is that the coffee is consistent too. I know whoever is making it, doesn’t matter what day, it’s always gonna taste the same how I like it. Service is inconsistent and that's what DD hangs it hat on. When it first opened up they charged me tax on a dozen donuts. When I told the very young employee that there is no tax, he became adamant that there was. I just happened to have a previous DD receipt and there was no tax on it. One would figure the owner would own up to the way that this runs and try to make things right. The older store before they moved has a great and courteous staff.
