Nope. I love Jersey Mikes, it's been my go-to for years up and down the eastern seaboard. I was so happy when this location opened up so close to my home. It used to be great, but it now is a huge miss, especially on the mobile app. They just can't get it together for some reason. We never receive anything on the side when we ask (cherry pepper relish, or pickles), Extra lettuce or tomato is never on the sandwich; there is no attention to detail. The gluten free bread is stale more often than it's fresh. Biting into hard stale bread is NOT GOOD. We received an order a few weeks ago where the subs were completely mixed up and had to drive back to get them corrected. No apology, nothing extra tossed in. They took the incorrect subs back and tossed them in the garbage. When I asked if we could keep them they said that's not policy, and they gave us the corrected ones for free... I made an Uber Eats order and called to make an adjustment to my sandwiches. The young man on the phone was professional and did not hesitate to make sure that my accommodations would be granted. I wish I caught his name but the call took place at approximately 3:36PM on 1OCT25. He was exactly what I expect when calling an eatery. Prompt, direct, and accommodating. Read moreI would give zero stars if I could. I placed an order for delivery through the Jersey Mikes app on 11/11. When delivered, half my order was missing and the chips I ordered were expired. I ended up having to go to the restaurant after work and exchange the expired chips as well as pick up what was missing from my order. EVERY single bag of chips out for sale had been expired for at least a month. The employee had to go to the back to get me a fresh bag.
I reached out to online customer service regarding these issues. They have not answered my numerous emails from 11/11. Poor customer service...
