They have cut down on the number of employees through this state of the art location now and service is much faster with no lines. They give you a numbered plastic marker when you order and they deliver your meal to your table.

I visit this McDonald’s several times a week, and while the food and most of the staff are fine, there is one employee who single-handedly ruins the experience every time. The older woman with reddish hair who seems to take genuine offense at the mere act of a customer placing an order. If you ask a question, she looks at you like you’ve personally wronged her. Her tone is always hostile, her attitude consistently unpleasant, and interacting with her feels less like ordering food and more like navigating an unprovoked confrontation.

I understand that working in customer service, especially at her age, is frustrating. It’s unfortunate that she’s in this position. But that does not excuse taking it out on paying customers who are just trying to grab a meal. The sheer negativity she brings to the experience is enough to make me reconsider coming here at all when there’s a Taco Bell across the street and a Burger King...

I would give a half a star but cant. My wife and I don't come here often and no, that's not because we are embarrassed by going to a fast food place. This place recently got fancy and with that being said over last year I may have had my order right 2 times. Now each time coupons were giving and we were moved around to the pick up zone. I don't want coupons any more I just want my order to be right that's all. Fast forward to today, go inside because I'm sock of stuff being wrong. The gave me my bags forgot my 2 happy meals and my breakfast sandwich. I had to address this and the young lady was like ohh I'm sorry. How do you forget half of an order?! Also while there a manger with the tattoo purple around the collar bone yelled at a kid "you take a break I'll fire you, you hear?!"
