If I could give a lower rating I would... I've been sitting on this review for a few months because I know someone working there and didn't want to cause them any trouble... My boss and I came up to Aberdeen on work and stopped in to this little Caesars for some of those awesome bacon cheddar loaded bites. They had just discontinued them though our Longview store still made them for at least another 2 months, it this gives you a idea of when this visit took place. Anyways the didn't have what we wanted so I ordered the Italian cheese bread instead. They had one in the warmer on the counter so I thought this would be quick... the girl rings me up, and grabs the small orange box. She then proceeds to remember that this order goes with a couple pizzas that another customer had ordered. She takes my ticket and puts in the edge of the box then puts the box with his pizzas and passes them to the customer. After another 20 minutes I'm starting to wonder what's going on, my store never takes this long... another 25 minutes later and I'm a quietly ticking time bomb. After 45 minutes of waiting she had the audacity to look me in the eye and ask if I needed help with something like I'm loitering around the store for no reason.... I explained what she had done and that I'm still waiting for the (explitive) cheese bread I ordered almost an hour ago... I demanded a refund and got a burger...
Read moreThis is such a fun place. Navarj and the fellas are so comical with each other, they are dealing with so much volume and still have a calm way while taking your order. In the hustle and bustle of things we often find irate employees , frustrated and negative. The business is crazy at moments but they wear the flour and sauce well:) As ya watch your order go thru the process, it's easy to compare and expect what may occur as more people walk in, the oven is jammed with pizzas, and someone at the register is counting out pennies to them, while the last box that was folded just got used and there's 8 people in line. But! The fireworks you'd expect just doesn't occur. They just smile and patiently endure the penny counters, fold another box , and are so content that it actually puts you at ease. They laugh together and speak to one another like an old couple from New York. It's very entertaining. The food is nicely prepared ,not slashed together, it actually carries the TLC that they have with it. Just know it's busy before ya go and you'll be fine. Just take some moments to experience how they keep their composure and what you'll probably find that you get with your order is a free Cup of...
Read moreSo, I stop at Little Caesars after work last week for the first time. I enter the building and see a fairly clean place and was prepared to order a combination pizza with pineapple. All I see is pepperoni pizza signs with no menu. I ask the worker if I could order a combination and she says yes there is some soda pop over there. Obviously, she didn't understand what I was asking. I ask her if I could get pineapple on my pizza and she says she would have to ask someone in the back. Still thing I could get around the person (NOT) helping me, I ask for a menu. she looks at 2 of the 3 TVs behind her and says, "Oh! the menus are usually on those other 2 TVs.". So, I ask if she could turn them on. The answer is, "I don't know, I'll have to ask." she stands there........I'm waiting for her to go in the back.......nothing! Then she asks would I like to to order one of the pepperoni pizzas. My tongue is nearly bleeding from the biting on it! I tell her now thank you and walked out. Nobody was there but me and her. Perplexed and confused I leave...
