McDonald's — Restaurant in Aberdeen

Let me start off by saying I rarely eat fast food. So rare that it takes me 15 minutes to decide what I want to eat because I don't know what's on the menu. I tend to eat fast food when there are no other options and I need some form of nourishment in me other than water. With that being said there is another McDonald's 5 miles away on 40 closer proximity to my house and I will always come to Aberdeen for my McD. Every time in the past year that we have stopped for a quick bite has been the best McDonald's experience. Not every McDonald's is created equal and this one should win awards for consistently producing what you think of McDonald's. The fries are hot, crispy and covered in the perfect amount of 'is that too much salt, who cares it's delicious', the Coke products are on point - I never had Sprite that refreshing, you could distinguish the lime and lemon with the perfect amount of sweetener and soda water, the burgers are always hot, juicy, seasoned, perfectly made to look like they are in an advertising photo shoot. Oh and lastly let's not forget the buttermilk chicken tenders, they are crispy, hot and juicy sorry. I tend to eat McDonald's once a year and am always disappointed but Aberdeen McDonald's you have turned me into a believer that fast food can be tasty. Keep up the great work, your employees take pride and are always super friendly and patient with my timely decision making. Looks like there was a food fight in here. Nobody picking anything up or cleaning. Ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese deluxe meal. The burger came out with onion, mayo, cheese. Definitely not deluxe. I took it up to the counter and was asked if I wanted them to hand me the lettuce. I informed them I would like it remade (hoping this time it wouldn’t also have grease running off it like it was dunked in it). I was then informed once back at my seat, by means of yelling through the store to see if I was still there (don’t worry, it didn’t disturb anyone else, they had already locked the doors @ 7:42 pm) that she had just ran out of tomatoes and proceeded to ask if it was ok… if I had a choice, no it’s not ok that’s why I ordered it with them, but obviously it was an irrelevant question instead of comping part of the meal or offering something else. February 23rd 2020, I pulled into McDonald's drive-thru to order to fish fillet sandwiches and a drink.I watched three other cars from the other lane gets serviced before I decided to pull off because they were not answering me at the speaker. I went inside and made the manager aware that there may be a problem with that Lanes speaker. I proceeded to order my food inside.I received my food in a timely manner custom ordered as I wanted slivered onions added to my fish fillets. When I received the fish fillets the bread was not toasted but also not steamed like it should be for fish fillets. I brought the food back and told him what the problem was and they quickly remade my food but the bread came out the same way. The manager obviously had no clue what was wrong. She does not even understand how her systems properly work. I should have not been given those remade sandwiches ending up exactly the same way as...
