They came around with menus to local businesses. New management or something. We thought we'd give them a try for lunch.
I thought the best value item on the menu was a pizza. I'd get a bunch of slices instead of just one sandwich. The lady on the phone couldn't understand I wanted a Buffalo Chicken pizza.. remove chicken, add steak (the slices you use on a cheesesteak). She asked the kitchen and they were confused. She came back and told me nobody understands and then I explained it again.. I don't like chicken but like buffalo sauce and blue cheese. She said so you want a Philly Steak pizza add buffalo sauce? No. I didn't want the other stuff that comes on a Philly.. we were so close yet so far away. I ended up with the Philly steak pizza no mushrooms. The steak was dry and crusty. Does it come precooked of some sort and sits in a liquid or something? Not good at all. The crust was comparable to Dominos.
My coworker got a cheesesteak and that meat was the same way. Way overcooked, brown black and crusty. Thin steak meat needs to be cooked slower so it retains juicyness and tenderness.
My other coworker had an open face turkey sandwich. The bread was hard as a rock. She ended up throwing half away.
The fries were pretty much uncooked.
My stomach started feeling bad after I ate. I threw the rest of the pizza away and went to the store for some pepto bismal.
Attached find a picture of my pizza. I have no complaints that the crust was comparable to Dominos. I was only mentioning that for people who do not...
Read moreMy children and I went here late one night after an event. It was karaoke night which was great! It was around 1045pm and the place was basically empty. We picked our own seats and sat down and were greeted within 5 min of sitting down. We ordered and it took a while for the food to come out considering the place was empty. The service was amazing, the food on the other hand, not so much!
I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich w/let/tom/onion/mayo. Kid 1 ordered a Philly cheese steak, Kid 2 ordered a pizza and Kid 3 ordered sliders. My sandwich was missing the onions and the seasoning. The cheese steak was overly greasy and the bread was so soggy. The pizza wasn't done and the bread was so soggy when he picked it up to eat it all the cheese and sauce fell off. It was a soggy mess. The sliders were just dry burger meat that they cut in half. Not in 4s but in half. No cheese no lettuce nothing just dry meat and bread. Needless to say it was not worth the late night snack trip. Maybe we'll give it another shot earlier in the day to see if it's any better. I can say late not it's not...
Read moreShown is the âpoundâ of steamed shrimp. Only 2 have shells the rest is barely heated up shrimp cocktail doused in beer because theyâre sure ISNT any old bay on it. Was hoping to eat steamed shrimp potato skins and watch footballâŚ.Iâm only eatingâŚwell none of it. While the potato skins LOOKED promising not even baked or fried. They are as squishy as if they were sat in water and cheese was melted on top of them in a microwave. I shouldâve spent the money betting on the game because the food was a bust. I know more about football than they do about cooking. Extremely disappointing. Potato skins garnished with shredded lettuce. If you donât have it or are out, say so. Donât just throw anything in a to-go pan because Iâm not in your establishment to complain. And no , it wasnât cold and squishy due to delivery time or a long drive. I live 3 minutes away. Donât waste your money going here, unless you want to throw $40 in...
