Pool N' Pints — Restaurant in Aberdeen

In general, I like this place, but last night was a huge disappointment.

Do not go there on a Thursday night! They're supposed to be open until 10:00 PM, but expect to be chased out by 9:15. Went there a couple of weeks ago, on a Thursday, for three draft beers and an appetizer to take home. I got there at 8:13 PM. At about 8:45 I ordered my second draft. The Bartender said "you want one more?", to which I replied "Well I'm going to have two more, but one at a time, ha ha." She said they were closing early, so I might not have enough time, I'd better order two beers. So, I did. I figured I would have no problem drinking two drafts in about the hour I had before they were supposed to close. 30 minutes per draft is about my average. At about the same time I got those drafts, a little before 9:00 PM the Bartender and the Barback (I think that's who she was) were furiously cleaning glasses, clearing the bar and cleaning surfaces. By 9:10 I was feeling unwelcome, so I said "Let me know when I should leave, I don't want to keep you.". I didn't want them to be forced to be rude to a customer. Too late! The Bartender's reply was a sheepish shrug, but the Barback said, in a threatening tone, "As soon as possible, we want to go home". So, I left with about 2/3 of a draft still sitting on the bar.

I have a lot to say about pool n pints. You have ample parking outside in the parking lot. And also parking around back. you have pool tables, great food, beer on tap, bottled beer, imported beer, and the bartender Krissy has been there for many years. she makes the place like her own. The cook does more than a great job, the chicken wings and shrimp are to die for. Needless to say the rest of their food is great. You also have several pool tables here and at a reasonable price. You have karaoke nights and that's a great time if you've ever been there. They have dancing inside and it's just a down-home feeling from the time you get there. There hasn't been a whole lot of reviews on this place and I don't quite understand why ? They also have a DJ night to where people gather their with all their friends to get out on the dance floor and they have a great time. During football season they have quite a few TVs and have all your favorite games up on the screen.. so from Nascar ,basketball, football . It's all there. Needless to say they have the lottery. They have horse games. They have lotto also.. so if you haven't been here from start to finish they...

I've been coming to Pool N Pints regularly, and it just keeps getting better! The atmosphere is always lively and welcoming—perfect for both seasoned singers and first-timers. As someone who loves to sing, I really appreciate how well they run the karaoke setup—great sound system, wide song selection, and supportive vibes all around.
