On November 16, 2024 I went into the Verizon (TCC) store to do an upgrade. Breiana greeted me and helped me right away. She was quick to correct me because of the wrong verbiage that was used. And thatâs okay because it wasnât taken to offense. She listened to what I currently had (iPhone 13), ensured I didnât want to get a larger screen.
She brought out the iPhone 16 for me. Nothing different, stayed the same screen size and all. She was able to walk me though on how to get the iPhone 16 for free. Not only was she professional through the entire transaction. But she made sure I was okay with deleting my old device. She explained how she would be at the store all weekend. And if I need to come back later, it was okay.
Here we are November 18, 2024. I brought my old device in. She was able to get it traded in with no issues. Ensured my new device is working. I appreciate the kindness that Breiana showed, even though the first encounter was close to closing time. She still kept a smile on her face. Had the upmost professional customer service skills. I would recommend anyone to see her or even would like to see her move up within the company. Sheâs what defines as good, over the top...
   Read moreBeen meaning to leave a review. My visit with this store was a day after the iPhone 12 pro max was released. I had ordered the phone online and requested to pick it up at this store. When I came to the store I told the associate I was there to pick up an order. The associate didnât do any type of greeting or seem interested in my visit as a customer. After I was given the new phone and I asked if there was anything I needed to do in the store to set it up. The associate had a dis-interested demeanor and said no there is nothing to do here you do it at home. Didnât ask if I needed any help with setting up the new device or anything. Just seemed like he wanted to get me out of the store ASAP. Meanwhile there was a small group of women getting sit down service on the other side. Iâm Latino and the group and all the associates were Caucasian. Not saying race had anything to do with it or maybe the associate just wasnât having a good day but I just didnât have a good experience at this store. Even if it was for picking up an online order. I see this store had better ratings for others but I was just very surprised that my experience here...
   Read moreWoman I worked with was friendly, but it took an unbelievably long time to get sorted for new phone and internet service. Weâre talking three hours total when I was the only customer in the store both times I went in (already a red flag that I had to go twice in my opinion). Now, some of this may be Verizon corporateâs fault for making the process unnecessarily complex. What I donât get is how she was able to make an appointment for me for install without confirming my order (she let me leave the store before seeing that I had received a confirmation email). There was an issue where she did too many credit pulls and my order was suspended. When my appointment was a no-show I called in and they told me there was no record of my order! I had to start over and wasted another 1.5 hours before hopefully finally getting sorted over FIOSâs direct number. Internet is a necessity for me since I work at home for most of the week, and I dislike having my time wasted. I started this process last Monday and will not have working internet until next Wednesday. What an absolute joke. I would have been much better off never going...
