I enjoyed my time living here for a year. The neighborhood is quiet and being as though there’s not a lot of units in each building you do get to know your neighbors. The complex was very kept up. My only problem here was bugs. Being on the first floor, I dealt with so many bugs. Big spiders when I first moved here, crickets, ants, and so many other types of bugs I dont even know the name of. I didnt even use my second bedroom because that’s where the AC unit was (in the closet) and that’s how bugs were getting in. I literally had to put down a trap in the closet and the amount of bugs on it was gross. The ants were also a humongous struggle. If you move here I’d just not recommend being on the first floor. Also, there are dog owners around here that do not clean up after their dogs which was a major issue as they’d allow their dogs to poop right by the playground, which children are continuously playing around. Additionally, when my lease was about to be up, they sent me a renewal offer with the rent being going up almost $100. I had already put in my notice to vacate, but even if i hadnt i still would have not proceeded, because to pay $1500 to live in Aberdeen is ridiculous. My main reason for moving was because honestly, Aberdeen is very boring, and I wanted something more affordable which I got close by that is nicer, in a more booming area and way less money. Overall I’d probably recommend here if you’re just looking for a quiet clean place to live, and you just go to work and come home. If you’re looking for a fun, booming area, I’d recommend somewhere like Bel...
Read moreI gave it 1 star because of the price. However, moving here for me personally was an impulse move coming from Virginia, I wanted somewhere cheap and not in a big city. I work with the government, so I'm deployed 9 out of 12 months a year. When I moved in I was there only a month before deploying I returned 4 months later to find the water pipes bursted underneath the floor leaving the kitchen disgusting.Once I told Karen the Manager she made me move out of the apartment immediately to make repairs, almost rushing me right after I got home. She then made the situation seem almost as if it was an inconvenience to her and not me. The one who had to move right after coming home. I chose to move yo a different unit. She offered 400 for moving expenses, when the movers came and told me it would be 500 to move I told Karen of this. She then had to reach back to her boss, as if this shoidnt be something they automatically should do without questions asked.... After moving I had to leave 2 weeks later to deploy. I returned 2 months before my lease end, while trying to move out 1 month ahead of the lease end, I asked to spare me the final month because I mean hey I would be moved out 1 and a half months before the end of my lease and they could start finding a new long term tenant early. No, the request was denied even though I always paid rent on time and was never there basically throwing them my money, which I know was my decision, but wow...... Great Customer appreciation and loyalty.... P.S Loud neighbors and bugs (large...
Read moreFrom the moment I walked into the leasing office, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism from the staff.
The apartment complex itself is beautiful and well-maintained. The grounds are always kept clean and tidy, and any maintenance issues are addressed promptly. I've also been impressed with the amenities - the fitness center, pool, and outdoor grilling areas are all top-notch.
But what really sets Cranberry Run apart is the sense of community here. I was invited to and told there are always events and activities going on, from movie nights to holiday parties, and it's easy to meet and connect with your neighbors. They even entertained my idea about a Cranberry Run “Girl’s Trip”. I am a single woman coming to live here and never felt so welcomed in this area until now. I am so excited to move in here and to finally know what it feels like to be a part of a real community.
I would highly recommend Cranberry Run to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-maintained, and friendly place to call home. The diverse staff truly cares about their residents and it shows in everything they do. From the leasing office to maintenance, I am...
