Arby's — Restaurant in Abilene

I didn't appreciate the young girls talking smack in front of customers & it was obvious they wanted to be heard as they weren't even trying to keep their voices low. I don't want anyone reprimanded but, someday they'll be on the receiving end, as a customer who's had a rough day & only asks for peacefulness & smiles. I hope they won't have to be reminded how they behaved, except that they saw the error of their ways & made a change for the better in order to make other customer's visit...

I typically don’t rate fast food establishments and the internet/television advertisements are annoying. However, I was more than pleasantly surprised with this location. I went here before when I was low on food at home. The staff were patient and very friendly, despite my anxiety. The food came very quickly, was clean and enjoyable. The restaurant was also really clean. Perhaps, those advertisements aren’t so unreasonable after all. I will visit again. Keep up...

Nasty! I refused to eat my food. While sitting in drive thru, I saw a cockroach crawl right off the counter of the drive thru window. It was about 1 1/2 inches long. I mentioned it, and the lady responded that she would let her manager know. No refund, nothing, even after I told her I would not eat the food. Everyone else in the car was hungry from our 15-hour road trip. But my kids and I absolutely refuse to eat sorry after seeing that. Not worth...
