Made my order online was convenient because i had my 2 year old grandson.. An hour later my order had yet to come.. I left instructions to call when driver arrived to apts. Reason is because we have a code to get in to the Apts. There are two sides and two doors. I called and asked what the hold up was and i was told that the driver said he called and knocked??? And i told the man on the phone that i didnt get a call.. He said the driver went on to deliver another pizza but that he told him to come back. I go outside to wait and still nothing so i call and ask to speak to a manager. A lady named patricia answered and informed me that she was one, I gave her the info where she proceeded to hand me to someone else. Cameron Q. I gave him the info and asked so just forget about my order huh?? And he said well we cant just wait around blah blah blah... And I say that to say this if your not trying to rectify your not saying nothing. He said he was not gonna do anything because he knew that the driver did call me... So he called me a liar... I asked for a refund and he cancelled my order and said it would take 2-3 days... I asked for someone above him because he said he is the GM and he gave me some bogus name and refused to help and found it quite amusing.. So I ended up driving to Sonic. This is the worst service I have ever recieved and the worst bunch of jokers running a store... Losing money and treating people as if we need you. No, you need us. I would not recommend this store or bunch of clowns if there was nothing open. And remember this Cameron same thing makes you laugh,...
Read morePlaced a timed order for pickup because i needed to grab it at a particular time. Got to the store and got rang up (at a higher than expected price because a coupon randomly changed) five minutes after the scheduled pickup time and they didn't have my pizza, girl who rang me up called out for it to be made.
Mix-ups happen, but frustrating, particularly because there wasn't even an apology or acknowledgment, and if I'd known the order wasn't even made or in the oven yet before ringing up I'd have just gone elsewhere. Did not really have time to spare sitting around waiting, but had already paid.
Store is generally good and this is an isolated incident, although it's pretty common to be standing around at the front waiting to be rang up for five minutes or more when I've been here before, even if they aren't busy. Prefer the Clack street location, but online orders don't work for that store most...
Read moreI have been a faithful customer to domino’s for many years. My grandma bought 2 pizzas, breadsticks & a cookie brownie dessert. Apparently these items were supposed to be quality checked but the brownies were burnt beyond eating. So we called the dominos & they had a replacement sent. You’d think after messing it up once they’d make sure the brownies weren’t burnt this time but I guess not. The second batch sent was still burnt!!!! Then when my grandma called to tell them they pretended one of the employees was a manager. So she had to ask multiple times to speak to a manager. As a former fast food worker never in all my years have I seen such unprofessional conduct. If these employees worked at my store they would’ve been fired. My grandma & I will now be taking our business to Pizza Hut bc they won’t send us repeated...
