Mr. Jesse García, I want to thank you and your team for that last minute order y’all took care of for me I appreciate it a lot , so I’ve been on the road all day after a sleep less night I traveled from midland to Dallas leaving at 8am and I had eaten nothing and drink 2 water bottles, then I ran around and stopped for 4 tacos and a small drink and continue to run around I finally get on the road back to midland around 8:30 pm as I’m talking to my wife. I tell her to see if she can order me food online at Hooters. I just wanted six wings and a Coke. She stays on the phone Call, and then she tells me that the order is not going through because the store is about to close, but she says let me call and ask if you can stop by because by that time I was running like 10 minutes out. This is 1132 and then she calls me back and tells me that she was told that the system automatically doesn’t take online orders after 11:30pm. But if I pull up they’ll take care of me. So then I tell her OK. I’m already about eight minutes out. Now I pull up the and the bartender lets me know if I was gonna pick up an order and I tell her. No I’m here to place an order and she says hold on. Let me get somebody to help you, Well. That’s somebody was Jesse. He approaches me and he asked for my order and he tells me OK. I’ll take care of you. He goes back. There puts on the gloves, and he helps his team because his team was already getting ready to close and had already put all the food up all the batter up, but he proceeded to take it out and prepare it. Not only that, but when he’s done, he comes out hands it to me and he takes care of the order for me, so it might not be like a big deal to a lot of people. But I’ve been on the road all day. He doesn’t know that I really haven’t ate. He doesn’t know that and my favorite wings are HANDS DOWN from Hooters. He doesn’t know that, and he made it happen. He took care of me. Two minutes from closing time. I appreciate it. Mr. Jesse I Appreciate your team. Not one time did I feel like you got upset. Not one time did I feel like any bad vibes ,you made me Feel like it was opening time. And I appreciate that a...
Read moreHave been several times and had some good food and great service. Unfortunately, taking my family for father's day was a complete disaster. We arrived and were seated immediately, sitting and chatting for a few minutes while the waitress did quick flybys and then took our drink order. Two drinks came out together, the third took another few minutes. None were alcoholic. The booth next to us was seated just after we ordered appetizers. Twenty minutes later, they got their appetizers from the waitress with the band-aid under her bottom lip (hopefully just hiding a piercing), who rushed by and dropped off the items before going back to her own tables. We ask our waitress (who is also theirs), where are our appetizers? After all, we ordered before they did. She made an excuse about wanting all the items we ordered to come out together, just waiting on the final one. We ordered cheese and pretzels, fried pickles and a 6 piece wings. ANOTHER twenty minutes go by and 2 of the 3 arrive. A few minutes later, we finally get our wings. We sit and wait for around thirty minutes with our appetizers, a few times with empty glasses. We watch the booth next to us finish their appetizers, get their meals, pay and LEAVE before we gave up. Our food never came. Our server only stopped a couple of times. She made excuses, said they were short handed, it was busy, blah, blah, blah. It was not busy by HOOTERS standards, our section was only half full and we could hear the TVs perfectly fine. If you have ever been to a busy HOOTERS, you know what I mean. We flag her down and cancel the order. She is surprised and brings our check. No offers to even comp our basic drinks, just "are you sure?" We were there for an hour and forty minutes before giving up. Ignored, lied to, and just plain un-fed up. Then made to pay for the privilege. I like HOOTERS, I do, just not this...
Read moreThis was our first visit to this particular Hooters. We requested a booth and waited for quite some time. Once we realized there were only about five booths, we said we would take a table and got seated right away. Our waitress, Bailey, was super sweet and attentive. We ordered fried pickles, onion rings, fries, and wings of four different flavors. (Mild, bbq, honey chipotle and general taos) The food was delish! Probably one of the better tasting Hooters I've been to. Food was all hot and delish. I'm giving my 5 stars all to the cook and the waitress. If I were to rate the eatery management staff, I would give them an big fat zero for not taking care of their employees and running short staff on a Saturday night. There were not enough waitresses on duty. The girls who were there, were running their tails off to keep up. They were (because they had to) multi tasking when they should be able to focus on their own area. Them multitasking took away from their tables. I did not see one waitress sitting idol. A lot of other reviews spoke of rude inattentive staff. I think that has something to do with them not being able to focus on their own areas due to the multitasking and short staffed.. It's frustrating for them when they have to run around doing other jobs when they should be able to care for their own tables. (And no, I'm not a waitress, nor have I ever been one...just a customer who sees an issue) Hire more staff, get new management if you have to, and hold up to the Hooters reputation. You have a great waitress staff here; now, you need to schedule appropriately in order for them to be able to do their job without issues. I surely hope management...
