Whataburger — Restaurant in Abilene

I ordered meatless breakfast items! Not only did it take over 20 minutes to get my order when I was second in line. They car behind me pulled away. They somehow managed to take a 4th order who came and went before the person ahead of us. They repeated it back to me and still wrong. I ordered a breakfast bowl meal(NO MEAT). Thankfully, I wasn't charged for the drink and hash browns I didn't get however the biscuit egg and cheese(ONLY) I ordered somehow came with bacon and cheese only. I have a pork allergy and I'm a vegetarian. No one is doing me any favors by putting bacon on my food! I said no meat 3 times. When this location first opened, it was really good. I don’t know what happened but every time we’ve been going here lately, SOMETHING has been wrong with our order. Either the fries are stale and cold like they’ve been sitting since at least midnight, the soda is wrong or flat, the burgers always seem to be okay though. We are pretty frequent customers, but we keep giving them chance after chance and this kind of stuff keeps happening. But honestly what can we do? We live all the way across town and by the time we get home and notice the mistakes, we aren’t going to waste gas to go all the way back to get our order fixed. Went twice in a week and had problems both times. The first time I got a tea and food, got home and had a drink of the tea and it tasted like cleaning chemicals. I sent a complaint in the app and said I would hear a response in 2-3 days. Still haven’t.
