Well when we arrived to pick up our order, which was placed via mobile app. It was not correct 5 out of 5 baked potatoes were made incorrectly. As we proceeded to explain why each of the items were not correct. The cook (Nadia) began to argue that she made them correctly. After a few sec. The manager approached and asked what was going on. Once again the issue was explained. Even showing the order that was placed via the mobile app. As the manager told the cook (Nadia) to correct the issue she started throwing a fit... having a temper tantrum. To the point she could be heard by the coustomers at the counter. Absolutely not the way to conduct yourself at your job. Long story short.... everything was eventually corrected. Bad thing is that the enjoyable family outing for the 5 of us became very tense and for half of the meal was not very enjoyable. We will NOT be going back. Read moreThe reason for my rating is an incredibly frustrating experience with this store. I accidentally left my AirPods here and can see on my Find My app that the case is still at the store. I have talked to the employees more than five times over the past month, only to hear the same response: “I don’t know, I’ll have to talk to my manager.” WHILE CONFIRMING THEY HAVE THE AIRPODS
I have left my information FIVE times, with repeated promises that the manager would call me back, but I have yet to receive a single follow-up. Multiple employees have confirmed seeing my AirPods and assured me the manager would get in touch—but that never happens.
It’s extremely unprofessional that I’ve had to repeatedly call, with no resolution or willingness to help. Every time I call, I’m told that my information is noted and visible, yet no one takes action.

Read moreWe order for pick up almost every time. With 4 kids it's easier that way. We tried to order through the app but it would not let us put in payment method. So we had to call. When you call you do not talk to someone at the restaurant but a 3rd party. Every time I have ordered from them, they have forgotten to give us something on the order that we have paid for. This last time we sat in line for 10-15 minutes while the car waited in front of us to get a gallon of tea (that they ran out of and had to brew) so by the time we got our food, it was soggy and cold. All we got was an "I'm sorry." Got the food home and they completely forgot a kids meal and the chips for a sandwich. I am highly disappointed in this location because we have had nothing but issues.
