Well when we arrived to pick up our order, which was placed via mobile app. It was not correct 5 out of 5 baked potatoes were made incorrectly. As we proceeded to explain why each of the items were not correct. The cook (Nadia) began to argue that she made them correctly. After a few sec. The manager approached and asked what was going on. Once again the issue was explained. Even showing the order that was placed via the mobile app. As the manager told the cook (Nadia) to correct the issue she started throwing a fit... having a temper tantrum. To the point she could be heard by the coustomers at the counter. Absolutely not the way to conduct yourself at your job. Long story short.... everything was eventually corrected. Bad thing is that the enjoyable family outing for the 5 of us became very tense and for half of the meal was not very enjoyable. We will NOT be going back. Another employee who was there made a comment that this was how Nadia was and she just has a nasty attitude. This is very poor management to allow an employee to conduct them selves in such a manner.
