I had the most humiliating experience with the Proprietor/Owner (Melissa Shelly) and manager. I had a bad experience today with their online service I had ordered my food I paid for it but they never received it they said. I tried to show the manager before it went away on the app that it was on my phone just look and was told no that the only thing she would respond to was a confirmation email showing it was placed (I never get those emails I don’t know if anyone else dose if so please let me know) and I will apologize but as for now they both refuse to make my order even showing them I got charged for it they refused to refund us or give us our order and all of this the police was called by the both of us I called them to see if they could help and when she (Melissa Shelly) then called them so she could give us a no trespassing notice OVER $22.46. So we paid for food that we never received a no trespassing notice, no food and no refund so beware before ordering online. They even told me that they knew nothing about how their online services worked because corporate is responsible for it “not them” so any problems they said “call corporate” because they can’t...
Read morefirst of, i wish to say how disappointed i am with the service at this location tonight. Usually when my roommate and I go out on Sunday nights, this is our choice of restaurant. I will give them the fact that were courteous and respectful to the guests as orders were made. but what normally takes us 15 minute to walk in the door, order and pay for them, and walk back out. took us almost 35 minutes. To top this all off, tonight we were served by a team of trainer and trainee. for the service rendered i give the trainee props as he was doing much better then the trainer. the trainer was slow as hell. I'm sorry but it doesn't take you almost 5 minutes to prep a sandwich and put it in the oven for baking. then to make things worse, Normally when you are running low on their stock of ingredients, they would have them in the cold fridge underneath. But no the trainer had to go to the back of the store just to get more of an ingredient. Read moreme and my dad visited this subway on 9-4-25. as we went in i made our order from the subway app. and as the young employee hispanic guy. he got the receipt in his hand and I was watching him make my sandwich he gets irritated..slams his hand like hes threatening us. he told me and my dad to go sit down but when my dad sandwiched came next I told him that minus the peppers and siracicha cause my dad has burning in his mouth and he did. Then his other employees told me that I am a rude person that is not right. its true I may went to far on the subway app i may have added to much on sandwiches I'll take blame for making the mistake on the app instead I should have added less. but there is no need for him to get irritated when am standing up watching him make our sandwiches this is the first employee I have seen with this kind of attitude.
