Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews — Restaurant in Abilene

Excellent food, fast and fresh. The server was amazing I didn't get her name but she was so kind and attentive.

We went around 3pm-4-30pm so it was kind of slow inside but they were definitely on top of everything.

My only complaint was the floor was super slippery where were sitting due to humidity which couldn't really be helped by the staff.

I had to ask for a towel to put under my foot so I could get up and not slip. Which they were more than happy to oblige.

They did have wet floor signs out everywhere to warn customers.

(Again I don't hold that against them at all. It was something out of their control. That is why I do not take away from the review but just to note for anyone visiting.)

Music wasn't too loud just enough to cut through conversations, everything was clean and drinks stayed full.

We got the crispy parmesan Brussel Sprouts. They were really good and crsipy some of it was a little too charred butI know it's something to be expected. The flavors were nice.

My partner ordered the Fish Sandwich and he was very impressed with it.

I ordered the Fish 'n Chips, but I subbed the chips for side salad. The coleslaw was a little bland but other than that the salad was great.

The FISH!!!! Was super amazing! Nice and crispy paired well with the tartar sauce. Nice semi-firm pieces of cod. I've never gotten anything else but burgers from Red Robin and decided to be a little adventurous today. It definitely paid off!!!

Since moving to Abilene it's been a hit or miss with restaurants. More misses than hits, but Red Robin definitely knocked it put of the park!!!

Absolutely wonderful experience...

The food was amazing as always. However, our service this time around was horrible. Our waitress seemed more interested in socializing with her co workers than waiting on a table. We ordered our drinks. Dr Pepper and sweet tea with lemon. Got our drinks but NO lemon and no straws. Asked for the lemon again. Our waitress walked over to the bar grabbed a couple of lemons(in her hand), brought them to the table and handed them to me in my hand!! yes let me say that again. WITH HER HAND, NO CONTAINER AND PLACED THEM IN MY HAND. SERIOUSLY!? As for the straws we still didn’t get them. Kept looking around for our waitress, but she was nowhere to be found. Finally I just got up and walked to the bar and grabbed a couple of straws. We placed our order, she asked if we would like some fries to start out with. We replied, yes. NEVER got them. We got our food about 20 min later. As pattern would predict, we had to hunt someone down to bring us the ranch and campfire sauce we had asked for when ordering. We requested another order of bottomless fries, we waited and waited. Finally upon getting up to get ready to leave our waitress brought them out. Needless to say, we were pleased with the food, but this time around the service was horrible. I’m sure we will go back because we love the food, but I hope we have a better server with...

My order came out wrong, but bear with me, their customer service ROCKS! We came with our family a week ago at 11am on a Sunday. Everyone ordered their meal and I ordered the crispy chicken salad with ranch. within 13 minuets, all of our food came out. It was brought out by a food runner who promptly put the chicken strip basked down in front of me. I told him that I ordered the salad and he went to get our waiter. When our waiter returned, he began by apologizing for the mix up and asked again exactly what I wanted. I gave him the order and he made sure that it was expedited. Yall, he went above and beyond. He had already made sure that everyone in his section had been taken care of and was filling drinks left and right. He comped my meal (even though it was an honest mistake) and let us take home the chicken strip meal. He even offered us to go cups for all of our drinks.
