Taco Bueno — Restaurant in Abilene

If I could give the store a zero no* I would We ordered a Chilada platter when we got it there was no sour cream no guacamole and no rice they totally forgot the nacho in the bag of chips they gave wasn’t even half a bag there was beans all over the bag I took it back let them know they forgot something from the order and made the Chilada platter wrong then they informed me that they were out of rice and in order to fix enchilada platter he Just added a squirt of sour cream and guacamole then he made the nachos which was supposed to be a Mucho nacho no tomatoes add three cheese we took the order back to the house took it out the bag and realize that the way he fix the platter was wrong and was disgusting to the touch and he didn’t even put nacho cheese on the nachos on top of that he only filled the container halfway and still didn’t fix the chips I then I went back a third time and finally just gave them the food back and said I want my money back Then he proceeded to try to give me my money back and realized he didn’t know how to do it and informed me that although I’ve been up there three times now I would need to come back a fourth time in order to get my money back even though I did give back the complete order worst taco Bueno experience in my Life went back three times to get my order fixed never actually got it fixed the manager Tony was rude he was also the one...

I'm absolutely done with this Taco Bueno. For the last couple of months I've noticed that in the evening time it takes a ridiculous amount of time to get your order even if there's only one or two cars in line. Last week I went there around 8 or 9 o'clock in the evening. There were no other cars in line. As soon as I got to the speaker someone said they'd be with me in a minute. So I got on a video chat with a friend until I saw that I'd been on the chat for over ten minutes. I said out loud, "Come on, there's not even anybody in line!" and as soon as I did a guy said, "Can I take your order?" At this point I'm pretty irritated, I place my order and pull to the window. There is not a single customer inside, I'm literally the only customer there. Three people go to the assembly line and make my food in less than a minute. I don't know what they were doing while I was waiting at the menu, all I know is that for a couple of months I have not received my food in the evening in less than 15 minutes. So I went to taco Bueno this week after going last week and my gosh, their prices have jumped considerably! The food was good enough. had a bean burrito, a taco and a cheesecake chimi. The price of the chimi is outrageous! It jumped from $1.49 to $2.89. Look how tiny this thing is. it’s crazy expensive!

10/29/24 Never again! One:their condenser at the drink machine was busted, and there was water all over the floor in that corner so that you couldn’t get near the drink machine without stepping in water. Two: special ordered my chicken potato burrito, no sour cream. what’s on it? when I open the burrito sour cream! so I take it back. They make up one without sour cream. I take one bite and the chicken is disgusting. It was cold. tasted uncooked with a really bad flavor to it. since my friend was enjoying her taco nachos, I just set my burrito aside, and ate my beans and cheese. which tasted OK. but no, I’m not going back to taco Bueno again! when we were first served, an employee gave me a cup that had sticky stuff all over the rim.
