This place is the worst in town to have a party, or visit for that matter. The staff, "the managers" are impossibly rude, and cannot communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner. I have never been treated so horrible. The person in charge, the "manager" changing her policy multiple times, charging us for kids which paid as they walked in. When I question them both her and her assistant became argumentative and belittling. She cursed at my older daughter, accusing her of taking pictures and asking her if she wanted her to "f----ing smile for them", My son's party ended with him in tears staying he never wants to skate again. I had two sets of guest come up to me and asked me what happened because she and her staff were openly talking trash and telling outright lies about me. The maturity of the staff is awful, there is not an actual adult on the premises. Once in a 3 hour party did anyone ever ask if we needed anything, which was to take the pizza and drink order. Then I had to remind them that they charged us for 14 people and gave us 10 slices of pizza. When I brought it up to the manager she outright lied stating that they had been cooking our pizza, which as verified by the concession stand girl, they never told her more than 10, so she had to cook another pizza when I asked. I asked to speak with the owner when the conflict first started, she called him and in front of me was distorting everything from the beginning, from what she told me, he said we can get our stuff and get out if we don't like things, this was because I asked about pricing as we had multiple things said to us by this "manager." She never would allow me to speak with him and if he was truly concerned about his customers and knew there was a conflict he would asked to speak with me himself. It’s horrible that this is the only skating venue available. My son, or anyone in my family will not be stepping foot in that place until they have a mature management staff that can communicate effectively...

Our first time here on the weekend for a bday party. This place is way short staffed. The roller skate assistance equipment is supposed to be rented for $5 but there is no way to tell them apart. Some one took ours while we were at the looooong concession line. I didn’t want to start accusing every kid on the rink of taking our rental. I stood in another loooong wait line to POLITELY ask for another one and was told they are not liable if another kid takes the rental we paid for and my kid is supposed to hold on to the rental in the snack and concessions area, which was impossible and unsafe given the amount of adults and small children crammed in the small area. I’m sure that’s probably a fire hazard. The lady I spoke with seemed annoyed like I was trying to get a measly $5 rental for free. Girl please. Bad business. Don’t nobody want to try to waste that much time in line to lie. Bye. AND I even tipped in the concession line when no one else was. 👎👎. Update in response to the owner reply below: The owner sits in the office and hides. Coward. Immediately trying to shift blame on me and say I was yelling off the bat, which is a lie. Yes, I did raise my voice after the lady got an attitude w me, but I assure you, I was far from yelling. The owner takes no accountability for being disorganized and understaffed. The owner labels me as “not following the rules” when the skate mate rules are not clearly posted, and probably why others mistakenly take skate mates they did not rent. My kid did not loose her skate mate, somebody took it who didn’t know they had to rent them and took my kid’s. I’m guessing because booking 6bday parties in a small space and short timeframe allows for chaos to ensue. I can’t wait to see y’all get sued when an elderly person or small child is injured from tripping over one of those skate mates in the sardine can concession area. Bless...
