We love Little Caesar's and we have never gotten anything bad at the Abingdon location EXCEPT for the service! That's why I'm only able to give 3 stars, because on multiple occasions we have come to pick up items we pre-ordered online from the in-store food portal and have had items left out, and then stood there waiting to find an employee to address the issue with for 15+ minutes in which no employees were even in sight whatsoever! It appeared the store was completely unmanned on more than one occasion.. then last Sunday we went to order in-store and both the website and the hours on the front doors listed 11 a.m. as their opening time, but the doors were still locked at 12:15 and the phones were still going unanswered.. thank God we hadn't pre-ordered online that day, because we would have been unable to get in or even get someone on the phone in order to retrieve our food! For these reasons I would have given only 1 or 2 stars honestly, BUT so many places are severely understaffed right now since COVID and all, and this may be one of those situations where they only have one or two employees showing up for work anymore.. we did reach out to them via messenger on Sunday and got a quick response saying "we're supposed to be open, let me check on what's going on and get back to u".. no one ever did but still at least they responded at all and in a timely fashion.. SO, I'm giving an extra star for effort... Great food, terrible service @ Abingdon location... Let's hope it...
Read moreI had an online order tonight. First time I have been in a Little Ceasars is years and I walked into a chaotic mess..There were two ppl working the store, customers were lining up and wait times were crazy. The poor gentleman who was running the store was trying to make the pizzas, box the pizzas, take the orders and ring out customers. I only caught a glimpse of the second worker but he wasn't helping situation at all nor was he helping to clear out the front. I didn't catch all of the explanation of the chaos from the worker but I sure heard the grief and utter rudeness the customers were dishing out. It's a fast food pizza place that is short staffed. What miracle of culinary art did these ppl expect??? That man was working his tail off to try to get everyone what they had ordered and he was hit with snide comments and rudeness the whole time. I was ashamed to stand next to these ppl. You waited 45 mins on a pizza??? Then that's on you..you waited. Why complain when the option of getting ur refund and going to another restaurant was an option??? I felt so bad for this worker..I truly hope I didn't add to his headache and I really hope they get him some help in there. This man was a rock and he deserves the recognition for going beyond his job tonight, regardless of...
Read more4 months ago, this was the best value and one of the best tasting fast food places in town. it was even odd but good that this little Ceasars tasted better than other little Ceasars here locally. But a change in management and what looks to be a large turnover in employees except a couple. the pizzas are never ready, always have to wait on them to put sone in the oven.. customer service is almost completely gone. one guy who is trying to hold it together was very friendly and nice . but sold ne a pizza they had put wrong ingredients. Without anything hot and ready, I said I would take it and was charged specialty price for a pizza my dog wouldn't eat. and he is part ninja turtle if u know what I mean. management is loud and crued, and honestly, I don't know what happened to last gm, but if I wanted yo keep this store going, I would ask beg or do whatever, to have the last manager and crew back. it's not just me it's a large Portion oe the used to be regular 2or 3x a week customer that is now refusing to buy junk nasty junk for a place that was so good 1 month ago. sad to see it go loved the value of tbe pizza, but whoever made the choices to move people around or terminate definitely shot tbe own...
