I ordered Pizza back on 4/26/23!! I was advised that the order would be delivered in 45 mins,! After about 1 1/2 hours I called and the manager adv' they where waiting on an Uber Delivery Driver & my food was sotting in a window' getting old & cold??' I asked why PaPa Johns' had to use an Uber Driver & Logistics for the Company didn't have and pay for there own drivers?? Something about certain days of the week they used Uber??! The manager only wanted to give a free drink? when I requested a refund? When I refused the free drink' citing' I wanted a refund' he abruptly hung up on me??' This was quite rude' behavior being treated like that as a Guest' & a Customer' I later contacted the Corporate number to make the Complaint' still with no food' & advised everything that happened' I was supposed to get a Call back from a General Manager in 24-48 hrs' That Never Happened! The Food showed up 2 1/2 hours later ccld' & old! I just looked at my bank statement' & see where I was still charged' with no resolution' & Complaint was closed out' without even reaching out to me' to acknowledge the complaint' much less take Accountability & Responsibility! This is how a business loses revenue' and customers! Not sure if the Health Depart needs to get involved as they think it is ok' to deliver food that has been left out to spoil' and get cold! All the way around' I will be using' Domino's from now on' Who has a Very Friendly Staff' Delivers Hot Food On Time' & Has a Tasty Menu' & Recipes! As for the Refund PaPa Johns was supposed to provide' I'm still waiting' for Regional or District Manager on second req' today to reach out' after initial request was utterly ignored & closed out' w/o my permission!! Terrible business practice! This is the first & only time I have ordered or dealt with this location! I'm sure other Customers are being treated like this as well.. Sad' they llost a Future Customer "s"!! There is a phrase called Zero' Tolerance'...
Read morewell lets start this out right, MIKE the manager on duty is rude and should not be working in a customer facing situation. I ordered a pizza he called to say they were out of the dough. I asked if they could substitute another dough and he refused and said I would have to re-order. I asked why I would have to do that when he was out of the dough and no answer. he then stated that they would be getting a truck today I explained that I ordered 3 hours in advance online and that should fix the issue. he said you ordered it wrong You're just going to have to cancel it anyways. I asked why he had a attitude and he stated that if I didn't like his attitude I could call back tomorrow and speak to the GM. which I will. But wow you ordered it wrong, and bad attitude and yeah I'm out of something I shouldn't be but its your fault for ordering it.
Even better My wife called and placed the order online again but a different order and she then called the store and my answer the phone for her she asked to speak to anyone else and he said that no one else was going to talk to her. She said she placed an order under my name and he said yeah I know that name it's the guy who just said I was rude and I'm not wow Just wow. She then tried the de-escalate the situation by saying that in the future he should consider saying there was an issue with the computer instead of you ordered it wrong it's your fault. He stated it's not his job to give customers Bull shiit . Literally those were his words she told him he was being rude and should consider another tact and he said he's 35 and been doing it for a long time and that if she didn't like his attitude she could call and speak to the general manager Chris. I'm literally flabbergasted that's open like this would have the audacity to act like this Even if you're having a bad day which we all have there's no reason that take it out on someone else especially a customer that comes in all the time or at...
Read moreIf I could give this location a zero, I would. I ordered 2 pizzas on the app around 5:30pm and was given estimated time for them to be ready 17 mins. Latest time to be ready was 6:08pm on the confirmation. I live at least 20 minutes away and made one stop before I went to pick up my order. When I arrived the lobby was busy but it cleared and I was asked for my name for the order. The lady, Shawna, looked over near the oven area and said it was coming up. To make a long story short, the order was âdroppedâ meaning it was skipped after being told it was coming out of the oven. After waiting almost an hour for my order, Shawna, who was working the place, became hostile and irate with me when I questioned her why I was not informed this earlier. She apologized and said she would give me a discount. She walks to the oven area and realizes one of my 2 pizzas is sitting in the hold area. I said itâs been sitting there all this time getting cold and she said it was heated and staying warm. I was upset by this time and she came back to the register then yelled at me âwe are going thru a crises nowâ. I told her she could not use the crises as an excuse for them not doing their job and skipping my order. At that time she yelled at me and told me I wasnât getting anything and told me to leave the premises and she was calling the cops because I was now trespassing. Yes, the cops were called and came because of their mistake. But I, as the customer was made the victim! The officer was nice and understood my frustration and just asked that I leave the premises. I will not support this company any longer and hope that no one else has to go through what I did the evening...
