The first time we ordered we used the curbside pick up. We sat in the parking for almost 30 minutes finally I sent my boyfriend in to get the pizza. It just wasnt the same quality as the pizza hut we had before. They also charged us for the crust seasoning and we did not receive it. We were charged for ranch cups and I had to send my boyfriend back in for them. And not to mention when we pulled up and opened our door everyone inside the restaurant and whoever would come out would stare at us. This time we try to order online... it wouldnt let us. We tried to call the store and the lady who answered the phone didnt say her name just asked me what I wanted. I tried to explain it to her and make customizations because we were allowed to online and we dont really prefer any other pizza than cheese. Her response was'"The family box? Oh you cant change that." I asked her if the store was having issues with online orders she said she didnt know, asked me to hold on and then sent me back to the main menu! I mean, I've worked fast food and it does get difficult at times but never to the point you feel the need to be that rude to a paying customer. Horrible service. Wont be spending any more of our money at this location. I'd rather travel 40 minutes to go to Pizza...
Read moreThis experience has happened to me twice. The most recent experience- I ordered online for delivery. 1 hour passed delivery time no delivery. When you call the store number you don't get someone at the actual store location. The call center would transfer me to the store but, no one would answer. I had to drive to the store to pick up my delivery order which I paid an additional $4.99 delivery fee and a $5 tip. When I arrived at the store to pick up my delivery order I was told "oh door dash must've not came to pick up your order". I didn't order through Door Dash. The store associate told me I had to get fees back through Door Dash but, again I didn't order through Door Dash so the associate told me to call the call center again. Only to be told I have to go through the store. I the call center because the store wasn't going to help me and I was supposed to get a full refund which you guessed hasn't deposited yet. So I had to wait an hour on a delivery to not show, drive to the store to pick up my cold pizza order and spend several calls into the call center. Do better Pizza Hut I will be telling everyone I know not to order from our Abingdon location...
Read moreI ordered from door dash my food got delivered to the 1st floor at someone else's room then when I find my order there was no forks or dressing to eat them with I was told I would be refunded for those nasty brown lettuce salads my food was cold .called the store to tell them I didn't get my food at my door and the manager told me if I could do any better to come fill out a application she needs to be fire's from her position not being able to talk to public when it's there fault fixing my order they sent me 2 nasty salads with no fork no dressing that I couldn't even eat not counting the fact my food never was delivered to my door on the 3rd floor the dasher just decided to drop it on the 1st floor by the time I figured out my food was sitting on the first floor it was cold .I will never give abingdon pizza hut my business ever again the nasty and lazy at...
