I can’t Say enough amazing things about the Kay jeweler team at Willow Grove PA. Right after Christmas, I was taking down my Christmas trees and lost my center diamond. Of course I was distraught and so upset because literally my wedding was one week away. We raced over to the mall not knowing what to do. They calmed us down and we ordered a diamond. I knew I wouldn’t have it for my big day but at least I knew I had the diamond. The team that night was so kind and understanding to our situation. The next morning I finished taking down our Christmas trees and luck be on my side, the diamond fell out of the Christmas tree into the box. With a moment of joy, I raced over to the mall and the team was just as shocked and surprised that I found it in a tree no less. They did a rush order on Sunday night knowing there’d be a snowstorm. I got my diamond ring back on Friday the day before my wedding. I couldn’t have been more happy with the amazing customer service that they have. I will make sure any of my jewelry now comes from them going forward because I know I can count on them. Thank you for saving my special day!!! And our day sure did have a ring of “Every Kiss...

If I could give this store negative stars I would! Unbelievable how they treat customers! I have had an issue with every purchase I’ve made with them but this one takes the cake! We purchased our wedding bands from here and my fiancé’s ring had to be ordered. It never arrived. When my fiancé called the store the manager Michelle says she doesn’t know what happened to the ring and proceeded to give him a number to call. Why would she make finding out what happened to his ring our responsibility. So we call the number and no one can tell us where the ring is or if we will receive in time for our wedding. We decide to go to the store to exchange for something else... They then say we can’t exchange!!! Yes they say I have to make another purchase and call a number for a refund. They can’t tell me how long it will take or anything. At this point our wedding is in a week and we never received a ring and they are hold our money hostage! Beware Beware Beware! Horrible customer...

I wanted to give praises and credit to the team at Kay’s at the Willow grove mall. I have been a loyal customer for a while now and continue to be due to the wonderful customer service that the team here provide.

Chrissy, Eric, Lauren and Kyra are all wonderful and a pleasure to deal with and they ALL are always so helpful and do it with a positive attitude. They have helped me with so many purchases, just to name a few examples: Chrissy helped me turn my ex’s wedding bands into gorgeous earrings for my daughter, Eric helped me with my daughters ring size with out her even knowing it and made that purchase experience wonderful.
