Got Em Kicks — Local services in Abington Township

I’d give 0 stars if I could.

So I bought a hellstar hoodie from” GotemKicks Back in august, after getting my package and for an item to be advertised “new” it comes in a box wrapped in cheap plastic that hellstar doesn’t come in, Which I didn’t know at the time . After getting the hoodie and having it for a 2 months I tried to trade it for another piece of clothing but was informed it was fake after closer inspection. After this I contacted “Dan” the store owner to confront Him on the unauthentic merchandise since his website says “100% authentic” and we specialize in authenticating” he hits me with “I know it sucks and we will look at your order” or “it was a consignment so idk where it came from” so you have co-signed product in your shop that you have no clue if it’s 100% authentic, like tf? Also not saying anything back to me and have 0 sense of urgency “I will be back in the store on Thursday and Friday” when you know what you sent me was fake. Which makes me believe you don’t even look at your items properly but you’re out here telling people stock x sells fakes when your contributing to the issue yourself. Also, the hellstar photos of the hoodie on your website aren’t even the photos of the actual hoodie you sent me!! You get stock photos online when I should be able to see the actual item I’m purchasing and if I could have seen the fugazi pictures of the fake hoodie I bought from you before getting it I would have known it looked off enough to not buy it. I would not spend a PENNY here if I were you, all this place does is take advantage of people that aren’t as knowledgeable on these items and screws you over, if it’s not with fake items it’s with marked up prices that you can get for cheaper on stock x even after the processing and shipping taxes on top of it!!! So “DAN” you can get your 400$ and run with it while I get my 30$ fake hoodie from China!!. I hope 400$ is worth your integrity you bum mf! And don’t try to turn the agenda around on me because you know exactly...

Let me first start off by saying I was never one to believe in miracles and good and positive things happening to me and my 2 boys in this lifetime, but however today at this very store with these amazing associates I now believe in positive things and even miracles. I cannot stress enough how they all went above and beyond to help me find perfect gifts for my boys this Christmas!! I was honestly in tears before I left the store, I'm just very emotional like that. I have never went to another store and been treated so honestly, respectfully and friendly than this one. I would absolutely recommend Got Em Kicks to anyone anywhere anytime. Thank you guys a million and one times over again and again for doing everything you could to help me out, now I definitely know my boys are going to have a great Christmas..
