Gong cha - Willow Grove Mall — Restaurant in Abington Township

This Gong Cha is the ONLY Gong Cha( and the nearest one) I have ever drank from every-time I come to the mall and I absolutely love it! I honestly prefer them over other major stores(KFT and Mr.Wish) even closer to my home. Their drinks tastes very nice and the staff are also very nice and informative too. They always have an answer to whatever questions I have about drinks and they also recommend toppings and drinks if I can’t make a decision. They also try to make everyone’s drinks without having them wait too long while also keeping the quality of the drinks very high. I thought it was about time I left a review here and I’m not sure what Eldana is talking about but I always have positive experiences with the staff. They actually do in fact have a “special” red velvet drink and they even went through the trouble of packing it in a cute gingerbread bottle and even dressed it up in a scarf and hat. They also packed my drinks in a sturdy bag. Anyway, I would totally recommend this place for anyone coming to the mall or anyone looking for a boba store to try. Been here 11/3 around 4 pm, drink is okay, I mean Gong cha is the best bubble tea brand in area so I usually drive 30 min to this location (the nearest one) but today was last time doing it. Shout out to very pure customer service, rude crews especially the asian one who yelled at me without any reason just for touching the menu posters ( I have a very bad vision so decided to pick it up and look up closer). At the end of the day they dont even make special “red velvet” drinks lol. Never come back again. Terrible workers they gotta do smth with this attitude or should be fired. I've always enjoyed coming to Gong Cha because their milk tea has a unique, rich flavor that sets it apart from other places. While it might seem like a simple choice, their milk tea is truly iconic and always hits the spot. Even though many places serve it, Gong Cha's version is by far my favorite!
