I’m considered a cookie connoisseur so imagine my surprise when I see four lovely pink large boxes at my job only to discover large decorative cookies inside! This is NOT cheat day, who brought these in here? Better yet, why haven’t I heard of this cookie establishment??? I didn’t try one that day not only because it wasn’t cheat day, but because a true connoisseur does their research AND of course a visit is required. Apparently I’m late to the party as this place is big on social media. Despite the various ratings I decided to visit… on cheat day. I ordered the 4 box: 1 x Milk Chocolate Chip 1 x Triple Chocolate Chip 1 x Classic Pink Sugar 1 x Iced Oatmeal Shockingly they were ALL horrible. They were severely underbaked and tasted like flour. The texture and flavor were off and there was a weird stale-ish after taste. Overall it was just bad quality. The kiosk and the pink boxes are the best things about this place. These tech/business founders should have invested in bakers. I feel robbed! I threw them in the trash. Don’t waste your money or your cheat day!

This was my first experience with Crumbl Cookies, and they did not disappoint! I planned on buying one, but ended up with four once presented with the amazing flavors. The cookies are soft-baked and a little doughy in the middle. They were still soft the next day after putting them in the fridge. I bought the New York Cheesecake, Waffle (which comes with syrup), Classic Pink Sugar, and Berries and Cream. The frosting on the waffle cookie tastes like butter and the berries are so fresh. They were all delicious! Pink Sugar was probably my favorite because I ate it the quickest, lol. Cookie flavors change every week (follow them on Instagram)... with the exception of their chocolate chip variety that is always available. They also sell ice cream which I'm looking forward to trying.

I’ve never been to crumbl before. My younger sister asked me to buy her some of their famous cookies. When I walked in, no one greeted me. I wanted some advice on what to try or which cookies were new this week. However, after standing at the counter for a couple of minutes, no one approached me, even though there were four employees in the store. I ended up placing my order at the self-service terminal. I had to wait about five minutes, which I find to be a very long wait considering I was the only customer. I won’t even comment on the ridiculous pricing or the unhealthy nature of these cookies, with their minimum calorie count of around 700 per cookie. The store itself deserves only one star for its poor customer service.

This place is the worst every unorganized and everyone all over the place and don’t nobody know what’s going on or what to do. I placed an online order last night for four cookies that I was supposed to be delivered by 8am this morning. I was told that the store didn’t open until 8am and that’s when the cookies was start being made they were telling ppl they were backed up on 50-100 delivery orders. They then started taking costumers orders in line giving them cookies right away without completing the online orders first. So backwards. Then they ran out of cookies and closed at 5:30pm on a Friday telling the delivery ppl to call the customers to tell the ppl who paid ahead of time that there were no more cookies left. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate to the ppl who paid and couldn’t get their orders. They also were getting ppl orders wrong just putting any cookie in ppl party boxes they didn’t ask for like they did this lady she got oatmeal which she’s allergic to instead of chocolate chip smh. They’re also training all the employees as orders are being which is another reason it’s so hectic and nobody knows what’s going on. The store manager needs to close this place down and do proper training and pay the employees to come in two hours before opening to start making cookies cuz the system they got going on is a hot mess very disappointed in this store. If could give them zero start I would they don’t even...

I have been to the store four times and while it has been generally a good experience despite the lines, my experience today really drops it. I ordered for pick up for 8am. I arrive a little after 8 and there is one other car waiting and maybe 5 customers in the store. The woman comes out to bring the cookies and looks completely lost despite me having parked in one of the spots that was identified as being Crumbl pick up. I start to drive away and opened the box to see that my order was wrong. I go back and explain that I was given what appeared to be Chocolate Chip instead of Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip that I had ordered and showed the receipt. The young woman walks to the back, says something to one of the bakers who takes the two cookies and puts them back in the warmer. I have previously worked in food service and in situations where there was an issue with food, you either let the customer keep it or you throw it out. There is never a situation where you would try to sell open food that another customer brought back. The young woman comes back with Chocolate Chip cookies and I had to point to the cookies that I was supposed to get and she finally got it right. Yes, she apologized but quality control on a day where there are few customers has to be tighter. If you walk in, you are typically shown your cookies before you leave to avoid...

After planning all week my cousin and I had driven about an hour to try their cookies and when I arrived I was told that I could not purchase any. As anyone can imagine it was incredibly upsetting after driving all that time, and I couldn’t understand why they couldn’t sell me anything. They had cookies on their display and I could see through the window that they were in the process of making cookies but after asking if we could even just purchase one we were turned away. I was not allowed inside and they told me that there was some sort of mechanical issue and that due to the hurricane they did not have any ingredients; however, I could see through the glass window that was not the case. I do not do reviews very often and I am incredibly disappointed that I was not offered any compensation for driving all that way. I find it inconsiderate that they did not have it posted anywhere online that they were out of product or even just at that point have closed the store for the time being. Multiple other people were turned away from the establishment and unable to purchase products, I cant believe that we received this type of behavior from not only a well known business but a brand new branch of...
