I just had the most wonderful experience at Honeygrow From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and helpfulness from every single staff member. They were so attentive and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The entire restaurant was spotless, and I really appreciated the effort they put into maintaining such a clean environment. Honestly, I have never seen a place that clean! This was my first visit to this newer location, and unfortunately, the experience wasn’t great. I ordered the Create Your Own Stir Fry through the app. The food was hot and ready on time, but the portion was small and the noodles were dry and clumped together with little sauce (although I ordered the regular amount of sauce). All the toppings and protein were at the bottom and not mixed in, which made it hard to enjoy. Jacob-the GM gave excellent customer service. He helped us with our order entering into the kiosk and deciding on our entree as we had never been to Honeygrow. We received info on sauce and spicy temp. The lighting was great. All staff were courteous and we were able to get courtesy cups to sample a drink. After tasting those drinks-you will want to purchase.
