Jerzee's Sports Bar & Pizzaria — Restaurant in Abington Township

I cannot give this place enough stars! We had a surprise 30th birthday for my brother here this past weekend on the outside patio and it was better than I ever could have imagined. Barry was awesome from start to finish. He answered every question I had and made planning such a breeze. That said, every single person RAVED about the food, from the sauce for the meatballs (CHEF'S KISS) to ziti and pizza, we literally could not stop eating and are still eating the leftovers. I'd also like to take a moment specifically for the pizza here. That pizza deserves it's own shoutout. There was a previous review from someone who clearly did know what they were talking about when referring to the pizza (they literally mentioned Dominos, so that shows you what they know about pizza lol). My taste buds were doing the waltz with this pizza. I heard angels singing while eating this pizza. I actually think I saw a glimpse of heaven. The crust was perfectly airy and crispy. The pizza had the PERFECT ratio of sauce to cheese- not too much, not too little. Just the right amount per square inch of pie. It was fresh, hot and delicious. Back in February we celebrated my nieces birthday here. This was my first time at this bar, and needless to say, I was impressed! I then realized why my sister loves this place so much! They really know how to throw a party for a 1-year-old! Zena and the rest of the team served us wings and pizza and every party guest was satisfied. For a few bucks, I played some of the greatest songs ever on TouchTunes and everyone in the restaurant, not just the people attending my nieces birthday, went crazy over my song choices! They all broke out in song and dance! And as the cherry on top of the ice cream sundae, I am a train enthusiast and the restaurant is located near not one but two active SEPTA Regional Rail lines! Disappointed in Jerzee’s customer service. I visited the restaurant and purchased a $7 drink. Later I looked at my bank statement and realized they charged me an extra $20. I called the restaurant and explained the situation to the server that answered the phone and was told a manager would call me back. Manager never called me back. I called again to follow up and was told once again the manager is busy and I would receive a call back. Never received a call back. I went into the restaurant and spoke with the manager and was told only the general manager can handle the refund (Wow). I was told the general manager would be there the following week on a Tuesday.
