I should have left a terrible review the LAST time we had terrible service from this place… but we decided maybe let’s give them one more try. ONE more. Don’t get me wrong, the chicken bacon ranch pizza is great, our favorite in fact WHEN we can get it… what do I mean by that? Well the last time we ordered from this place we were quoted 45 minutes to an hour for our delivery. At the hour and 10 minute mark after calling 3 times wondering where our pizza was saying “it’s on its way” we finally got it almost 2 hours from ordering. My BIGGEST complaint about this place is the customer service, the actual owner if you must. He is so completely rude and very unprofessional. He will talk to you like you’re a nobody. Tonight my husband decided to surprise us with takeout which is rare so I was excited. He ordered a “large chicken bacon ranch” and an order of chicken tenders not knowing there were multiple CBR items on the menu. My husband gets there and we get a WRAP. and the owner gives him major attitude for not specifying? I’m sorry, you should have asked US which we wanted because we don’t know your menu items!? We didn’t KNOW you had a wrap with the same name, educate us, give us the option. My husband tries to order a pizza as he’s sitting there but the owner takes it upon himself to continue to argue with my husband about him not specifying so he leaves because who wants to hear bickering from the OWNER. My husband and I have visited this gem a handful of times over the past few months, and we’re absolutely hooked. Every dish we've tried has been nothing short of spectacular. I've indulged in the spaghetti and meatballs, veal parm, chicken cacciatore, and most recently, the seafood calabrese—each one bursting with flavor and clearly made fresh to order. My husband is equally obsessed, especially with the veal parm (he’s had it three times!) and the veal piccata. And let’s talk about the sauce—it’s truly to die for. Rich, savory, and perfectly balanced. The bread is warm, crusty, and served fresh, making it the perfect start to every meal. But the real showstopper? The cannoli. Crisp, golden shells filled with the creamiest, most luscious ricotta filling we've ever tasted. Lightly sweetened, with just the right hint of vanilla and a dusting of powdered sugar—it’s the kind of dessert that makes you close your eyes and savor every bite. And what truly makes Calabria special are the owners. They are some of the nicest folks we've ever met—always welcoming, accommodating, and genuinely passionate about their food and guests. We were very loyal customers who would spent over 60$ for pizza every few weeks, but after today, we will NEVER return. Usually we brush the owners rudeness off for the good pizza; however, he has no care for the customers. We get there and he proceeds to ask the name of our order, then proceeds to talk over us to a “friend” behind us. Without saying a word to us he proceeds to ring up the person behind us. GUESS WHAT? It turns out our pizza was given to another customer and given BACK TO US once the customer came back after 10 minutes of waiting. The owner proceeded to lie to us while we watched him switch the pizzas. When we finally get our pizza the order is wrong and he offered to make another one. I am 7 months pregnant and my mom is disabled we were not waiting for another one when there aren’t even chairs to sit and wait on. I said that I am pregnant and need to get home. He has the nerve to say “what are you gonna have the baby now”? How dare an owner speak to his customers like that. If there is a way to report the establishment for unsanitary practices I will, because how can you give a customer a pizza that was in another customers possession?! ABSOLUTELY...
