Yuck. What a negative experience. Usually I buy my papers and pre rolled cones on Amazon but figured I'd stop into what I was expecting, a cute little smoke shop. I walk in and I'm greeted by some guy who looks obviously annoyed that I came in and interrupted this phone time (and then continued doing whatever on his phone when I told him what i needed). First I asked about papers (mind you, I haven't been in this store since it was smoke 911) and the guy just throws his arm out and says, "yeah well as you can see we have a ton. I asked about clear pre rolled cones and he tells me they only have the papers and cyclones. I used to work at a smoke shop and mentioned I didn't care for flavored papers and the dude gives me a nasty look and says, "then why did you ask?" Excuse me? How effing rude?? Maybe because clear non flavored cones exist? Excuse me for asking. The other guy working there was openly talking about smoking marijuana with their products which I thought was a bit strange since cobb and the legality is a bit of a wavy line. I took his recommendations simply because I wanted out of that store as quickly as possible and didn't want to bother or upset the "helper" anymore by taking my time. Over all, I felt like I was a bother and will not be coming back. I will happily take my business back to Amazon where the prices are also way lower. Even if either of the guys working today are the owners of this store- that is not how you run a business. I stopped in to get myself a new piece yesterday. The guy that was working (I didn't catch his name) was very helpful in finding what I wanted. I got home and found out that the piece was faulty (it happens), I called up the store and spoke to the same guy who told me just to bring it back and he'd exchange it. When he found out that I had already attempted to use it, he instructed me to just throw it away (I appreciated not feeling like I had to drive back with any used paraphernalia). Used to be a good shop went in recently and got denied a sale, When I wasn't even purchasing anything..... bc i didnt bring my wallet my wife was making the purchase.There's better friendly shops in the area don't recommend this one keep in mind i dont look like a kid im 35 years old and have lots of tattoos.
