McDonald's — Restaurant in Ada Township

Both the lady's working the drive thru 3/31/2022 around 1 or 2 were extremely rude. Thelady at the pay window wasn't AS rude as the lady at the food pick-up window but she just sneered and stuck her hand out telling us the amount with a lot of unnecessary attitude. When we got to the pick-up window the lady forgot one of our drinks and when we told her she said no we didn't order it and snapped at us when we tried to give the receipt back to show her that yes we had ordered and paid for the drink they forgot, then she just grabbed a drink from someone else's order and shoved it into the car saying how she had to take that from someone else's order and slammed the window shut. I've never been treated such horribly by a McDonald's employee in my life. We literally ordered 4 meals. I've worked in the food industry for 12 years I know how frustrating doing peoples food is especially when you mess up an order and it's a lunch rush but the place was empty when we got to the drive thru. There's no excuse to acting that way...

Yet another McDonalds that marks your order complete IMMEDIATELY and makes you stand there 5+ minutes. AND I had to go back in when I realized that she hadn't given me my drink. You can see when I ordered and when I received my food. But the screen said my food was ready 5 minutes ago. And to top it off my Big Mac had no pickles and almost no lettuce. I order extra onions because if you don't you might find 1 or 2 of those super expensive dehydrated onions at any McDonalds if you don't. But extra anything else and they make you pay a ridiculous amount extra for. Also my fries were cold because she put them in the bag while waiting 5 minutes for my incorrect Big Mac. And the medium fry box was only about 60% full so basically a small one for medium price. Piss poor service and food quality. All in all a 1* is too generous. And I definitely won't be back to...

If you are looking for young people who don’t care about their work. Let alone customers. This is the spot.

Multiple employees have been messing up my order every time I come through, and I And I’ve noticed it’s not every time.

I simply ordered two burgers, and they were covered with mayonnaise…. I showed the manager how much mayonnaise there was on my burgers. And it was literally covered on me. The burger dropped out of my hand.

He continued to treat me like an idiot. And he told me it was “”one pump of mayonnaise” there was mayonnaise over the burger inside and out of the sandwich. On the wrapper. And mayonnaise over my clothes and my dashboard.

The men and women here are disgraceful, and insufferable.
