Look I understand we are currently dealing with covid-19 but if you arent going to give anything that can be comparable to service then dont open your doors. I was in there with my wife and our server only came to our tables once. Mind you they werent busy. The rest of the time we were handled by different servers and finally a manager. We were never offered any refills on our drinks which were empty fairly fast (it was warm out and we had been moving around a lot). My drink which was supposed to be a peach lemonade had no hint of peach in it just tasted like lemonade. I attempted to point it out to the manager who by this point was our new server. And our original server who wasnt helping us anymore pipes in really loud and rudely saying that she did put peach in it she knows she did and we are wrong I must not be able to taste it. This obviously put me in a bad mood. Not the type of person who should be working in the public calling someone wrong outloud in a restraunt. Absolute horrid service. We ordered 10 wings for an appetizer it came out with only 8 wings. I was already feeling like saying anything at all was off the table since this restraunt already was rude once so I didnt mention it last thing we wanted was to be thrown out. Finally our entrƩ comes out. And man was it unsatisfying. And again we couldn't get any workers attention to bring us any sauces and whatnot. Since they were so busy with their restraunt that doesnt have many customers. Suffice to say I didnt leave a tip for literally the first time in my life. Trust me when I say for me that's a big deal. Any time I've gone to tip and not had any cash on me ive gone back later to leave one becuase I enjoy...

Unfortunately my most resent experience has made me second guess my favorite local restaurant, which was Applebees. Upon arrival my daughters and I were walking up to the doors from the back of parking lot by gated dumpster area we could hear several people laughing and then my youngest daughter pointed out a smell which to my knowledge was the smell of marijuana, we sat at our table and the menu I received was extremely sticky, when pointed out they just dismissed me like they didnāt care, after placing our order we waited over 40 minutes, our waitress was super friendly and on top of our drinks so I donāt believe it was due to her neglect, when we received our food my waitress was eating her burger and there was a long red hair at this point I was super frustrated, was going to speak to the manager the female with short brown hair, glasses and a thin build or who I believe was the manager as she had keys on her pant loop but I could not see her anywhere and did not want to take time from my waitress as her spirits were amazing despite how busy she was, so I left. when leaving I still heard a group of people and smelt marijuana by the dumpster as I was parked where we had to pass by so I tried to see if I could see the people and noticed. That the manager was back there with other employees, that is super unprofessional and maybe if she spent as much time inside as she did outside she would have noticed the wrongs and we could have had better experience like...

Took over 30 mins to get a drink and watched 4 tables walk out during this time! When she brought drinks, we told her our order before she could walk off bc of how long it was taking. Food was cold when we got it, forgot some of the order and was the worst food Iāve ever had from a sit down restaurant. Nice lady comes around says sorry we under new management, etc during speaking to her about short staffing she says we only have 1 bartender and 3 servers tonight and Iām helping with 8 tables on the other side and was told to touch base with every table (she seemed like she was an assistant manager, maybe). Finally manager brings out part of what was missing and says nothing not even when thanked. Comes back and asked my husband satisfaction, husband told him all that was going on, still didnāt have a check, no refills, etc. Manager about ran me over when coming out of the back, didnāt say sorry, excuse me, nothing. He brought back a $5 off $25 for our next visit. Didnāt offer to comp any meals or anything. Our bill was 99.69. For horrible service (only seen her waiting 2 tables literally the whole time there), horrible food, manager could care less! This used to be one of my favorite places to eat in Ada, Ok.
