I've always loved the same entree and appetizer from here. Few times it's been cold. Service is always slow. Drinks left sitting at the bar getting watered down. Typically the servers are nice just can't seem to keep up.
UPDATE: husband and I wanted to grab a bite to eat before a movie, walk in, there's multiple dirty tables waiting to be cleaned for new customers. The hostess says: I'm going to need to start a waiting list. She took the couples name that was ahead of us, took ours and the 4 people behind us ended up leaving. The benches for you to sit and wait for your name to be called, is missing the top cushion and it's open to see inside the storage, paint, junk, etc. The hostess then ran and took the gross damp towel she had been holding the entire time and ran it over a bar top table, seated the older couple, then did the same to the booth and seated us. Clearly she should've seated the elderly couple at the booth & my husband & I (much much younger) at the bar top table. Within 5 minutes the elderly couple had left. Ordered our drinks & 2 appetizers (that's all we were going to order due to wanting to make our movie in time), and my Presidente margarita was like drinking battery acid. It was straight Jose Cuervo, I mean when I poured the drink, it was BROWN! The boneless wings were old or over cooked, we never saw our waitress again, had her remove the drink from our ticket and we left. I'm not going here any more. I tried to give them the benefit of doubt, but they are just going way down hill. With new restaurants popping up pretty quickly, they should be worried...
Another UPDATE: Chili’s in Ada is one of my favorite stops for dinner. I can order healthier options & turns out great! My husband loves...
Read moreGot there at around 1:40 p.m. and the place was practically empty. Had to wait to be seated though. The little kiosk thing on the table was filthy and disgusting two tables by us that hadn't been cleared and cleaned not to mention food and a mess all over the floor. Don't know how that could be considering there weren't hardly any customers at all so there was plenty of opportunity to clean them up but they didn't the whole time we were sitting there trying to eat. The bathroom the toilets don't even flush all the way and the floors are all sticky. He had to take a picture of the QR code in order to get a menu unless you asked for a physical menu. The least they could do is have free Wi-Fi available if they're going to make you go on the internet to get their menu. The food was good but under seasoned or should I say not seasoned at all. And for it being chillies you figured that it have some sort of spice in it a little bit at least. Took a long time for somebody to come over and serve us and it ended up being the manager I think until the waitress was available whom the manager said was busy at the moment. Busy with what? It's not like anybody was cleaning up the restaurant or anything which I'm surprised the manager didn't get right on that. Overall not impressed at all and will not be going back especially spending $90 for lunch. Not worth it to eat in filth and having to look at filth the whole time...
Read moreMy family has eaten at Chili's restaurants for over 30 years. Most of the time the food is always delicious and reason priced. since moving to Ada, OK, we have continued to patronize Chili's. When we go inside to eat, most of the time the service is good and the food is good. We have also gotten curbside. I order online and my husband will go pick it up. We do this at several restaurants in Ada. The past three times he has gone to pick up curbside, he has had to go into the restaurant to get his food. This wouldn't be a problem if that was the service they offer; when you get here, come inside to pick up your order. But that is not what is advertised. Plus, they leave no number visible where you can call to let them know you are here. Have someone at least look out the door when an order for curbside comes up. When he got home (30 min later; we live 10 min away) my fries were not good, overcooked. We will never be ordering curbside...
