I have shopped at several Wall's stores in both Ok and Mississippi. What an AMAZING place for bargains! The stores are neat, orderly, great merchandise, great discounts and friendly staff. For those with mixed reviews I suggest some research is in order. From their website: "Newton Wall Company has been family owned since 1950. We only buy merchandise that offers ULTIMATE VALUE to our customers from Bankruptcies, Insurance Losses due to Fires, Storm Damage, Earthquakes, and other Natural or Man-made Mischance, Factory Over productions and Irregulars, Close-outs, and other Overbought Situations. We take these goods to our stores in Oklahoma, Texas and Mississippi and sell them at 33% to 75% off everyday regular retail prices. Because of this, our inventory is constantly changing from week to week. We typically will not have the same merchandise in every store. It is a good idea to shop us often, because some of the best buys don’t last very long! Don’t let the bargains pass you by! A majority of our merchandise comes from the most prestigious department stores in the finest malls that America has to offer. We can mention the name brands that we carry sometimes, but most of the time we cannot reveal the store’s famous name, even though you will most likely find their name on the tag!

Okay so first off, I like their prices and they have a lot of options. My complaint is that a lot of the clothes hanging up were so dirty. Like stained with dirt, marks all over them. So you can forget buying anything white here. Secondly and most importantly ONE of the workers there were beyond rude. Horrible. She had to get us a dressing room open and stood there while we tried on dresses. I completely understand, they had a theft problem. But she literally stood there and you could tell she was fuming the whole time. Her responses were short and really crappy. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt maybe she had a bad day. But I keep hearing this same complaint. I'd maybe consider who you hire because I've never met someone so inconvenienced in my life by just simply being there. All she had to so was open a door and sit there for maybe 10 minutes due to their new policy. I have no words for her attitude besides it was awful. The woman who checked us out was so nice and sweet. Great customer service. But it sounds like one of your employees needs to go. SHOUTOUT to Sabrina!!! It was my very first time in the store, she greeted me and I browsed around the store, it was very clean and exciting lots of interesting good stuff! I found a few bras that I was wanting to get but I wasn’t sure about which size would fit me. As I put them back and almost left she asked me if I found anything I liked. I told her yes and explained my situation.. she explained the return policy and how to tell what is marked on sale or not. She showed me the fitting rooms and I went back grabbed what I wanted to purchase I tried on a few and as I did that she waited patiently and showed me where to put clothing items that didn’t fit.
