Taco Bell — Restaurant in Ada

Very disappointed, the staff here is lead by a poor management team. Quality control is non-existant. Came through and ordered a chicken quesadilla among other items. Quesadilla literally had nothing on it other than cheese and Rice??? Which I know it doesn’t come with rice, but No chicken what so ever, I called and spoke to a female manager who before I could finish explaining the situation says “that’s proportionally made” She then offers me to have it replaced. I return to the store In order to do just that. When I get to the window she hands me the food and says “here you go and walks off while the window slams shut” ok np. Then when I tried to take a look inside the bag to check it I’m told “I need to leave the window since there are customers behind me” slams the window and walks off again. At this point I just got a refund. I’d be more than happy to email the pictures to the Store Manager/Supervisor/Director/OO. Something needs to change.

I will never get food here again, during the day time at the drive thru the dark haired girl is the rudest person,. Not once but everytime been through there. Tonight went inside and lobby was full ,pp lwaiting on their orders. One employee a young lady left, I understand it was probably time for her to get off but with it being so busy she should have stayed to help her coworkers. Which would have been the professional thing to do. When I tried to leave ppl in the drive thru blocked me and wouldn't back up ,afraid someone would cut i. Front of them. I literally had to yell at several ppl to get out of the way. College students they were and rude ones at that,!. I can't learn this town soon enough. I imagine Whataburger will be overwhelmed when they open ! They are brave,I feel sorry for them already ada okla is lacking in several areas, I don't suggest moving here! Oh and try to eat before 10pm ,everything on Mississippi Street is closed...

I went in to get some lunch with my daughter. We were in a hurry and they weren't extremely busy. As we were ordering, someone came out and said "we ran out of tortillas and rice. No soft tacos or bowls available." My daughter had to change her order but didn't mind too much. They got my order completely wrong including the number of burritos I ordered. I took it back and politely told them it was incorrect. They took about 15 minutes to re-make my food. Once I got mine, my daughter had already finished. As I was standing there, I noticed they continued to let people order soft tacos although they had already realized they were out of tortillas. They had to go up to customers and inform them they needed to change their order because they didn't have enough. The employees weren't rude, but there were at least 6 workers. They could have done a better job with...
