Chicken Express — Restaurant in Ada

Let me start out by saying, that I rated this particular place a few years ago and did not give it a favorable rating in any category. I had ordered some gizzards in a meal and they came out and they were no bigger than a nickel or a dime. And I took pictures of them and posted them to where you could see the comparison of these gizzards to a nickel and a dime. It was pitiful and I could not believe that anybody would pass that through their drive-up window or over their counter to a paying customer. Did not darken their doors for quite some time May I say I was a little bit bent out of shape. I decided after quite some time that I would give them another shot. So I ordered something through the drive-thru and no it was not gizzards. And I will say that it was good above board and you've got to look in relationship to the type of establishment that you're going to. It's not a five-star restaurant it's nothing of that nature, but the chicken was good the fried okra was good The drink was good. So I tried to judge things in respect to the type of establishment that they are they're quick food drive-thru expedience and they did well. So in relationship I have gone back several times since then they've been very courteous at the window the food has been hot it's been good only one time without a little bit disappointed and I talked to them about it and I got an I understood exactly where they were coming from and what they had to tell me and I was okay with it. I looked for my posting back in time and I could not find it but I still have the pictures of the dime size gizzards which weren't gizzards what they were they were hearts chicken hearts small little chicken hearts that sometimes gets foot in with the gizzards and that's what I ended up paying for would you get nine in the order I got nine little bitty chicken hearts but that's in the past. So I gave them a chance and they have done quite well. So I look at the positive and negative side of things and try to keep an open mind. I will say if you want something fast convenient and very good tea. Their chicken strips are good, there fish is not bad either and I'm sure if you ordered gizzards that they would probably be good also which I still haven't done. But I will, I...

This one is hard for me to rate. I really want to rate them higher but can’t seem to force myself to do it. The chicken is great, the breading is crunchy yet flavorless. It’s fine if you are using sauces but you can spend $70 on chicken and get two sauces. They really like to hoard their sauces. Rolls are soft and enjoyable. To me the gravy taste watered down. If it’s piping hot it makes a decent dipping sauce (since you won’t get enough anyhow), however the potatoes they go on are just bleh. I mean definitely not a 5 star experience anytime I go. I just want to say that the staff went far above their jobs today! I fell going into the store (my fault). They came out to see if I was okay, I had hit my face on the sidewalk and I did have to go to the hospital. But they kept an eye on me till my friend got there.
