I called ahead and asked if I downloaded and used the App would I be able to customize my order? I was told no, but I wanted the $2.00 off coupon. So I told them I would be ordering through the App, and when you see my name, do not add much sauce. After 15 minutes, I walk in the store which was chaotic. I asked if my pizzas were ready and clerk said yes, but before he handed them to me in walked a man who walked to the counter and asked if his pizzas were ready. He was told yes. Apparently he and I ordered the same 2 pizzas. The fella tried to pay, but the employee insisted he didn't owe anything. The man insisted he owed for his pizzas as he called them in and did not use the App. I told the employee, I believed he may have our orders confused as I prepaid through the App, and per the guy his was a call-in order. The worker told me it was not my concern. The guy insisted one more time he owed for the two pizzas, but the employee stressed, I don't know what to say, but your pizzas are paid for. Now, when I asked if my pizzas were ready, he said yes, but you owe for them. I said no I do not. I ordered through the App and pre-paid. I told him, that through all the chaos, you got our orders confused. I took out my phone and showed him the receipt. All of this took place in front of other customers. He then proceeded to yell out loud and call for the male manager by name. Once again, I had to explain the entire situation and prove I had indeed paid for my pizza. Not one time did the manager or the employee apologize to me. Worst...
Read moreI keep giving this Little Cesar chance after chance ... I was so very happy when they opened in Ada ... but literally, since my first visit there, I have had one thing after the other disappoint .. the first visit I chalk up to new restaurant & working out the glitches in the system. .. but our last 2 pizzas were way over cooked, almost burned... they always seem to be out of crazy bread or the sauce. .. while the pizza was burnt last time the crazy bread was barely cooked at all ... the kids that work there are nice & polite but they have not been trained to handle the smallest hic up (such as under cooked bread) or maybe they haven't been given the authority to make the most basic customer service decisions ..( I suspect the former)... I REALLY dislike the lack of organization. .. it is always busy in the little lobby so walking in, it is unclear where the line starts ... all the customers work it out amongst themselves as to how to line up, who is waiting in line or waiting for their order .... it is chaotic ... I have spoke to manager once and he was able to help with one issue, I have spoken to the home office customer service several times and they are nice and helpful. .. an email was sent to the owner and the manager asking them.to call me (I was never rude or hateful... I was understanding and polite) the owner did reply to LC home office stating they would contact me ...that was months ago and still no call...I hope they actually do well here but they need to be better...
Read morei went last nigth at this place and the two ladys that attended me were very rude and with a lot of attitude, i ordered a deep dish pizza and a peperoni bread and a stuffed crust pizza the 3 things were really bad looking the pizza looks plain like if they forgot to put sauce the bread peperoni sticks also looks really bad nothing to do with a deep dish pizza, and when i try to complain about the look of my pizza the lady first said that the pizza was being too long waiting then she said in a very rude way that everybody does pizza diferent, i been buying here for 6 years and a deep dish puzA always looks same to me until last nigth, then they start trowing random excuses while keep giving me attitude, at the end i abandoned the restaurant very frustrated and sad for my experience definitely i will think twice next time that i want...
