I order from this location daily on the mobile app. I order the same drink every time and 2/10 times they give me regular Sprite instead of Sprite Zero. The time before this time they apologized after I went back because they were out of Sprite Zero and gave me regular. You cannot do that because you don't know why someone ordered Diet or Zero soft drinks. My daily drink from Sonic helps me not feel so restricted. Now I'm sitting here with a drink I cannot have and I'm not even going to bother calling and complaining again because they'll tell me I have to call the app to get a refund even though they're the ones in the wrong. Informed them my order was wrong and when brought a new sandwich was brought a junior burger and the carhop ran from my car after handing me the food. Informed them once again the order was incorrect. Was brought a completely different order and ended up waiting over an hour for a double cheeseburger. Read moreI stopped in for something to snack on and drink while traveling through the area on a Sunday. They were very busy and I had ordered ahead on the app. It was tough finding a spot to park in and I had to wait a little bit, but it wasn't too bad. The only complaint I would have is that it was my first time at this location and they don't have the numbers on the screen so you can check in easily. I had to look on the post next to where I parked and if I didn't have a large sunroof I would not have seen it! You also don't get the feedback on the screen saying welcome and we are working on your order. So I was worried that maybe I had checked into the wrong spot.
